Chapter One - The Battle of the Gods

A young boy was riding home from school as usual until clouds of darkness rose out of nowhere. Two God-like creatures appeared and started attacking with their power. Realizing that he doesn't have much time left, the young boy started bike faster. One of the creatures spotted the young boy and attacked him. The power struck the young boy's bike, causing him to fall and scrape across the sidewalk. After the young boy got up, the creatures were glaring at him. One of the creatures said, “It's him!! We found him!!” The creatures started to concentrate their power against the young boy. He finally got back up and started to run and dodge their attacks. The creatures started to get furious and started to make their attacks more deadly. The young boy managed to dodge their attacks and make it to the backyard of his house. The creatures combined their power and went to attack the boy. The young boy had a crazy idea grabbed his pole that he took from a broom and decided to wield it like it was a staff. The creatures started attacking the boy with their power, and the boy used the pole-staff to defend himself. As the attacks rained upon him, the boy actually managed to deflect the attacks and even launch them back at the creatures. The creatures were furious and launched one final attack against the boy. Starting to feel fatigued, the boy wasn’t sure if he could keep going. The creatures launched their final attack at the boy. The boy managed to defend himself against the big ball of power. However, with each passing moment, the boy started to get weaker. The creatures powered up and added more power to the attack. The boy felt the added power and fell to one knee, still holding the attack at bay. The creatures saw that he was still holding their attack. With one decision left, the creatures powered up to their fullest and added even more to the attack. The boy knew he could only take soo much. Without any power left to defend himself, the young boy let down his defenses and took the attack. After the attack disappeared, they saw that the boy was unconscious on the ground. Thinking that he was done for, the creatures left and started to wreak havoc across his world. After the creatures were out of sight, a group of five people appeared and saw that he was lying on the ground. One of them picked him up and brought him inside of his house. He awoke in his room, hearing a bunch of voices. He opened my eyes after he heard someone say that he was coming around. He looked around and he saw adventurers that he had played in the game series: Grandia I and Grandia II. He thought it was all a dream but he touched one of the adventurers and he was real. The boy said, "Whoa! This isn't a dream... But, I know all of you... Ryudo, Justin, Feena, Elena, and Millenia... It's really odd to see the game characters that I controlled in the Grandia series... But, I think there's bigger matters to discuss..." After getting to know each other, Ryudo said, "Soo, we were sent here to find someone that was known as the 'Sage of Time'..." The boy said, "I have a nickname, exactly like that. My nickname is, 'Valmar Sage of Time'... But, you can call me Manuel." Elena said, "Well, Manuel, it's really nice to talk, but we have other discussions that need to be told..." Manuel said, "Ah yes... I'm sorry to interrupt. Please, continue..." Elena said, "I thought we got rid of Valmar for good." Manuel said, "Well, he must have found enough power to resurrect himself and that other creature." Ryudo said, "Here, you will need this to battle; I would love to battle with it but I can't hold the power like I could once before." He gave Manuel the Granasaber. Justin was reminded to give him the Spirit Sword, as well. Manuel know that since he learned how to forge swords, he forged the two swords and he called it, 'Spiritsaber'. Manuel asked Ryudo and Justin, "Why can't you two hold it?" Ryudo said, "We were instructed to give you these." Justin said, "Besides, it's better that you wield them. The power seems to be reacting to your personality." Manuel said, "I've only heard that was just a rumor... I guess it's not... Anyways..." Elena asked, "Why wouldn't Lord Granas help against all that is evil? Have my prays even got to Lord Granas? Or have my prays meant nothing..." Elena sat herself down on Manuel's bed, putting her hands over her face to stop the tears. Manuel said, “That was Granas?!” Manuel sat down next to her and put his arm around her as she was fighting back tears. She tilted her head up at him. Manuel wiped the tears away from her eyes and said, "I don’t truly know why Granas is fighting with Valmar. I don’t know if Granas resurrected himself with the power of darkness or Valmar resurrected him as his puppet. But, just sitting here and talking won’t solve anything. We all have a job to do and we have to complete it… If we don’t, we will never see the light of day again… Soo, we train during this Day of Darkness. If I remember correctly, this event takes three days to pass. If these two aren’t defeated by then, there’s no more hope.” They all agreed and left the house to start the adventure.

They all got started to train. They only had three days until the day of Day of Darkness has passed. By the third day, Manuel was already passed the Adventurers by high experience. After learning and re-learning all the Magic Moves and Special Moves, Manuel became very good at casting and managed to learn all of the Magic and Special Moves that he could. To his discontent, Manuel was only missing one more Special Move. Manuel didn't have enough time to upgrade his staff abilities. The Day of Darkness was upon the Adventurers. They ventured to Valmar's Estate. They all found something that they've never seen in their adventures. They found a secret cave, just south of the Estate. Manuel said, "I don't remember seeing this cave... Come on, let's go..." Ryudo said, "You go. We'll go after Valmar and Granas" They split apart and Manuel ventured inside the cave. Once Manuel was inside, he said to himself, "This is really crazy... But, it feels like I've been here, before..." Manuel kept on going, until he found a shrine that had a weapon sticking out of it. Manuel looked at it and said, "The Staff of Sages??" Manuel touched it and then, tried to pull it out. Once the Staff came out, Manuel felt this extra-ordinary power flow through him. Suddenly, Manuel heard a voice echo throughout the shrine. The voice said, "My love... You have found your Staff of Sages... Soon, we will be together..." Manuel said, "Who are you??" A Bluish Figure appeared before Manuel and said, "I am The Great Sage's Apprentice... Long ago, The Great Sage of the Old stored the Staff of Sages here... You're standing in the Staff of Sages' Hidden Room." Manuel said, "Wait, The Great Sage?? None of this makes any sense... Who are you, what is your name??" The Bluish Figure said, "You will find me, soon enough... Within time, my love... We will be together again..." Suddenly, the voice disappeared. Manuel thought to himself, "I've heard of that name before... And that voice... But how?? I don't even know who that voice is..." Despite thinking of what was just spoken, Manuel had to rush back to help the others inside the Estate of Valmar.

Manuel ventured into the Estate's Main Chamber of Darkness. Once Manuel found the other adventurers, Valmar and Granas made their appearances. Ryudo said, "Thanks for catching up. We just walked in here, like a couple seconds before you did..." Elena walked forward a bit and said, "Lord Granas, why have you done nothing against Valmar?" Manuel said, "That's because he won't hurt him." Elena looked at him and said, "What are you talking about?" Manuel pointed at Granas and said, "Granas, you have resurrected yourself with the use of Darkness. You were never pure good. Everyone has darkness inside. Even you did, and you used that power to defeat Valmar but, you kept him alive. Why? You wouldn't and you couldn't destroy him. He is your brother." Elena looked at Granas and said, "Is this true? Are you Valmar's brother and..." Granas said, "Yes, I did, indeed, use the Darkness in me to resurrect myself and I loved it. I will continue to rule with my brother and you will do nothing of the sort to stop us." Manuel pointed the Staff of Sages at them and said, "Alright, that's it. You will not rule as brothers, and you will definitely rule with world. I have had it with you two. We will make sure that you don't live to see another moos rise..." Valmar was backing away from my Staff of Sages. Granas felt a sharp pain on his head. Granas said, "No... It can't be..."

Manuel said, "Oh ho... You remember this weapon??" Granas said, "That's only to be wielded by The Great Sage... Why do you possess it??" Manuel said, "Maybe I'm the descendant... You won't live to find out, though..." Valmar managed to say, "That staff... I thought it was destroyed..." Manuel said, "Did you honestly think that The Great Sage would be that careless?? I may not know much of this Staff's past, but I do know that That Great Sage of the Past wouldn't destroy the only weapon that allows him to command everything and anything around him..." Granas said, "Either way... You will not be able to destroy us... The Great Sage of the Past couldn't defeat us before... What makes you think it's gonna change?!" Manuel said, "Because, only The Great Sage can only wield the only weapon that can defeat you... And, here I am, wielding the Staff of Sages... Are you ready?!" Granas said, withdrawing his sword, "I will finish this... With pleasure..." Valmar got up and withdrew his sword, as well. Manuel said, "As you wish... It is your own funeral.” Valmar said, “Even if you defeat us, our sons will defeat you…” Manuel laughed and said, “I learned that, a long time ago… Yes, you two have sons… However, let’s just say that only one has been alive, since they battled…” Granans said, “What are you talking about??” Manuel said, “Well, I learned that The Great Sage of the Past battled against your sons. Only two survived. Manuel spared Valmar’s life, but I can’t say the same for Tyraninth, Granas… Your son wasn’t soo lucky…” Granas said, “The Great Sage destroyed my son?!” Manuel said, “Yes, he did. He spared Valmar’s life. I don’t know why he did, but I feel like it was the right decision. Soo, you think you can still defeat us??” Manuel and the others prepared their weapons, as well. Granas said, "Let it begin!! The Battle Between Good and Evil begins now!!" Valmar and Granas rose into the air and flew at them. Manuel said, "The Battle Between Good and Evil ended many years ago... The Battle of the Gods has begun..." Valmar and Granas clashed with Manuel and the others and the Battle of the Gods began.

Manuel took command of his team’s battle and had them use attacks. Ryudo was up first. Manuel had him use the Sky Dragon Slash on Valmar and it took off 3728 damage. Elena was next, so Manuel had her use White Apocalypse. Elena attacked Granas and it took off 5839 damage. Millenia was next, so Manuel had her use the Fallen Wing. Manuel had her attack Valmar and it took off 2745 damage. Justin was next, so Manuel had him use the Heaven & Earth Cut. Justin attacked Granas and it took off 6425 damage. Feena was next, so Manuel had her use the End of the World. Feena's attack hit both Valmar and Granas, doing about 4867 damage to both. Finally, Manuel got his turn. Manuel combined Justin's move with Ryudo's move to make the Sky Dragon King Slash. Manuel had it hit both of them, doing about 5892 damage to both. Valmar and Granas took their turns attacking Manuel and the others. Manuel was commanding his team to move around and dodge the attacks as much as possible. The battle was on-going for, what seemed, hours on end, until Manuel was out of moves and almost out of teammates. Justin, Ryudo, Feena, and Elena were dead and Millenia was the only one left with Manuel. Manuel commanded Millenia to dodge Valmar's attack, but she couldn't move fast enough. Valmar used his Dragon Lightning and it attacked Millenia. Manuel said, "Oh man... She was my last team member... Uhh, now what can I do??" Manuel thought about his next attack, and just decided to attack Valmar with his Staff of Sages. That attack leveled up his Staff level and Manuel got his last move. Manuel's next move was to use that move. Suddenly, the same Bluish Figure Manuel saw in the Staff of Sages' Hidden Room appeared before him again. Manuel said, "You again..." The Bluish Figure said, "You learned the most powerful move that only The Great Sage can ever learn... This attack is called: 'The Final Tear.' This attack is the most powerful attack ever created." Manuel said, "Really?! I heard rumors of this attack, but I never knew it actually existed... Wait, I still don't know your name..." The Bluish Figure said, "I forgot to tell you... You won't be able to recognize me, when we meet... But, I'm the 'Otherside' of someone that you love very much..." Manuel said, "Who??" The Bluish Figure disappeared, but her words said, "You will meet her, one day... But, never soon enough..." Manuel almost got hit by Granas's attack, but he dodged it, in time. Manuel decided to use the Final Tear. Manuel had to wait for 4 turns, in order for the attack to fully charge. Valmar and Granas decided to combine their move and it only took 3 turns to fully charge.

Once it was their turn, they attacked. Manuel said, "No!! This can't happen!! I must not lose!!" Manuel didn't want to see what happens, so he shut his eyes. Manuel re-opened them, seeing that the attack missed him. Manuel had his turn. Manuel said, "This attack shall defeat you two... Once used by TGS of the Past... I shall now use the Final Tear!!" Manuel powered up his Staff of Sages past its limits. Manuel jumped into the air with his Staff of Sages. Once hovering in the air, Manuel said, "It's time..." Suddenly, Manuel heard the voice in his head, that he heard in the Staff of Sages' Hidden Room. The voice said, "Say these words with me..." Manuel listened to what she said and repeated as such, "Darkness with light... Destruction with care... You will perish from sight, with the Final Tear!!!" Manuel slammed his Staff of Sages into the ground, shaking the entire Estate. Soon enough, the power activated and everything exploded. Manuel and the others were blasted away. Manuel finally felt the power that he was destined to wield. Suddenly, the Bluish Figure that he met appeared before him again. The Bluish Figure said, "You truly are The Great Sage, Manuel. Finally, we can be together... We were separated, long ago, and you entrusted me to watch over your Staff of Sages. Now, here you are..." Manuel said, "I sense that it's going to be a very long time, before I can actually see you..." The Bluish Figure said, "Yes, I sense that, as well... But, know this... We will always be together... For you wear what I've given you..." Manuel looked and he saw a Triforce Ring on his left hand. Manuel said, "I remember this ring..." The Bluish Figure said, "Don't forget... One day..." The Bluish Figure disappeared. Manuel said, "I will never forget..." Then, everything went dark.

Everything came back into focus, but it seemed a black dark cloud covered the entire battlefield. Manuel sat up and looked around. Manuel said, "Nothing is left... No one ever warned me about the power of that move..." Manuel found his strength and managed to get to his feet. Once Manuel started walking around, he went looking for the bodies of his fallen teammates. Manuel managed to find Millenia's body. Manuel waved his Staff of Sages over her and Millenia was revived. Millenia said, "Oh wow... What happened??" Manuel said, "The final move of the battle... That's what happened... We have to find the others..." Millenia and Manuel split up and they searched for the rest of the team. Millenia was able to find Justin and Ryudo. Manuel found Elena and Feena. Manuel waved his Staff of Sages over Elena and Feena and they were revived. They went to where Millenia found Ryudo and Justin and Manuel revived them, as well. Justin said, "There isn't anything left..." Manuel said, "The move that I learned was a pretty powerful move..." Elena said, "We should get out of here..." Ryudo said, "To where are we gonna go?? There's nothing standing from that attack..." Manuel said, "We can go see if my place is still standing..." Manuel and the others ventured back to where they first met. While battling their way, they came across the same cave that they saw before they faced Valmar and Granas. Manuel said, "You guys retrace the steps we took... I'm gonna take a small detour." Ryudo and the others left, while Manuel ventured back into the cave. Once the others left, Manuel walked into the cave. Manuel ventured back to the Staff of Sages' Hidden Room. Manuel looked around to find something else about this room. Suddenly, the Bluish Figure appeared again. Manuel said, "You again... What else is hidden in this place?? For some reason, I can sense something else within this room..." The Bluish Figure said, "Yes, there's one more thing hidden within this room... But, it's strictly up to The Great Sage to find it..." Then, the Bluish Figure disappeared. Manuel spent some time, trying to find what was hidden. Finally, he found an old Book. Manuel blew off the dust from the cover of the Book and it read: “The Book of Sages.” Manuel took the Book back with him and he found the others at his house. Manuel took them below the house, into an underground room. Manuel activated the Teleporter.

Manuel said, "Well, this is the end of our team..." Ryudo said, "It may be the end, but it's not the end of us." Elena said, "Yeah... One day, I'm most certain, we'll cross paths again..." Manuel said, "Of that, I'm most certain..."Ryudo jumped through the portal. Justin said, "Let's not wait for our next adventure... Okay??" Manuel nodded his head and Justin jumped through the portal. Elena jumped through the portal, after looking back and smiling at Manuel. Millenia said, "This was really fun, Manuel... Hopefully, we can do this again..." Millenia gave Manuel a kiss on the cheek and winked at him and jumped through the portal. Feena just jumped through the portal, right after Millenia. Manuel shut down the Teleporter and went back upstairs. Manuel sat down on his couch and started to watch TV. Suddenly, Manuel got a call on his cell-phone. Manuel answered it, "Hello??" The voice on the phone said, "YO!!! What it do??..." Manuel said, "Yo David. What's up??" David, over the phone, said, "Nothing much... Just chillin... How's about I come over??" Manuel said, "Yeah, that would be a good idea right now..." David, over the phone, said, "Why, is something going on??" Manuel was looking at the TV, and it said one new message. Manuel turned on the computer on the TV and checked his mail. Manuel had a transmission from the Haven City. Manuel said, "Something that even you wouldn't believe... You better get over here, asap." David, over the phone, said, "On my way..." Manuel hung up the phone, and waited for David. Within moments, David came walking through the back door. Manuel said, "Don't you ever use the Front Door??" David said, "It's easier to use the Back Door..." Manuel said, "Anyways... This transmission is to you..." Manuel and David viewed the transmission. David said, "So, Haven City's in trouble??" Manuel said, "Yes, I have made the necessary preparations and the ship it ready. Whenever you're ready to take off..." David said, "Give me time to change into my uniform, and we'll go." Manuel was already ready and headed down to the underground room to make sure everything's ready. David ventured up to his room, at Manuel's house, and changed into the clothes that he uses for adventures. David came down into the underground room and met up with Manuel. Manuel said, "I'm going to assume you're ready..." David nodded his head. Manuel and David walked into the ship and prepped for take off. Manuel said, "On my mark and not a moment sooner... 3... 2... 1... Blast off!!!" Manuel and David hit the launch buttons at the same time and they took off to Haven City.

Chapter Two - The Precursor World

While hovering above the world of Haven City, Manuel and David were preparing their weapons. Manuel said, “You ready for your first adventure?? Well, actual adventure??” David said, “Yes, I am. But, I wonder what's happened...” Manuel said, “Well, if I remember correctly, the game ended with Jak, basically in control of Haven City.” David said, “That's true. Soo, what happened to Jak??” Manuel said, “My only guess would be that be wanted more Eco...” David said, “Well, I could see that... But, answer me this... Why are you soo interested in coming here??” Manuel paused for a bit and said, “I'm on a more personal and destined quest. But, as The Great Sage, I must keep my quest a secret. Soo, let's just continue with what we're faced against.” Manuel sat back down and piloted the ship into the atmosphere. After they landed, Manuel lowered the bridge-way. Manuel and David walked off and Manuel activated the ship's defense system and shields. Manuel and David walked into Haven City, to find it really deserted. Manuel said, “Something doesn't add right... Where is everyone??” Off in the distance, they heard gun-fire and a scream. Manuel and David looked at each other and then they ran. After running, they were stopped by Krimson Guards. One of the Guards said, “Outsiders?! We have orders to terminate any outsiders. On my mark, men!!” They aimed their guns at Manuel and David. Manuel said, “Is this a joke??” David said, “I don't think it is. Once they fire, jump.” Manuel nodded his head. The Krimson Guards fired their weapons and Manuel and David jumped into the air, and landed behind them. Once the Krimson Guards turned around, Manuel and David already withdrew their weapons and attacked the Krimson Guards. After finishing the Krimson Guards off, Manuel said, “Something is really wrong in this City...” David said, “Ya think??” Soon after, more Krimson Guards were coming. Manuel and David ran to meet them and the Krimson Guards started shooting at them. Dodging the gun-fire, Manuel and David managed to destroy all the Krimson Guards. After catching their breath, another wave of Krimson Guards appeared. Manuel said, “Where are these Krimson Guards coming from??” David pointed above them and said, “Look, it's Ashelin!!” Ashelin jumped down from where she was standing and landed behind us. Ashelin said, “Come on!! Follow me!! I'll take you to our hide-out!!” Though it was against their better nature to run from fights, it seemed better to trust her judgment. Manuel and David followed Ashelin to where this hide-out was at. They managed to lose the Krimson Guards and they kept on going until they came across the hide-out. There, Manuel and David were introduced to Daxter and Tess. Manuel said, “I always thought Torn was here.” Ashelin said, “He was. But, due to what Emperor Jak had us doing... He never made it back. Let me tell you what happened.” They all sat down and Ashelin continued, “Emperor Jak sent me and Torn on insane missions to retrieve more Eco to empower Haven City. He started coming up with new plans and ideas for Haven City. But, we later found out that Jak has been using the Eco to just make himself more powerful. After me and Torn completed one of our missions, we were to head for the Extraction Point. We did make it, but Torn went back down to retrieve something and he was ambushed. The Hovercraft was already in the air, too far for Torn to get back on and for me to jump down to save him. I had to witness his death... I told Jak what happened and he just grinned and looked away. I tried to confront him on what really happened, but he threatened me. Soo, I started to rally up Jak's old friends and allies. Samos should've been here, too.” Ashelin turned to Daxter and said, “Where's the Green Sage??” At first, Manuel thought to himself, “Green Sage?! Wait, Samos was Jak's mentor. It's not one of my Sages.” Daxter said, “Jak got to him before we could. Our original Homeland has been destroyed. Soon after, Jak turned it into an Eco Industrial Plant. Since the missions he sent you and Torn on, he's been storing the Eco at our desolate Homeland. He hasn't sent you on any missions because he's been able to start his Industrial Plant to regenerate the Eco for him.” David said, “Soo, now Jak has infinite Eco... What kind of Eco??” Ashelin said, “Golden Eco...” Manuel said, “If my knowledge is correct, and it usually is, I remember only Dark and Light Eco... He was able to combine them both??” Ashelin said, “Through many failed attempts and the usage of the towns-people, Jak was able to make the perfect combination and create the Golden Eco.” David said, “That solves our question on the disappearance of the towns-people. Soo, where is Jak now??” Ashelin was about to answer, until Manuel said, “A lot closer than you think... He's here.” David said, “Let's escape out the back-way.” Manuel said, “We have a minute and thirty seconds. David, get everyone out. I'll grab the plans and follow close behind.” David nodded his head and managed to get everyone out. Manuel gathered the plans and managed to escape, seconds before Jak broke down the door. Manuel managed to close the hidden door, but he decided to stay behind to see if Jak would say anything. Jak said, “They're not here, but they were... Go to the bridges. Check underneath all the bridges. We can't lose them.” The Krimson Guards left Jak and went to go check the bridges. Manuel was about to leave until he heard Jak start to talk to himself. Jak said, “This is getting out of hand. I need to get rid of those three. But, for some reason, I can sense two others.” Suddenly, Manuel knew why he was able to sense Jak coming. Manuel remembered that mixing the Dark and Light Eco gives the person a first stage power level into The Seven Sages. Manuel spoke telepathically, “You're too late Jak.” Jak said, “Who's there??” Manuel laughed and said, “It's funny really. To think you were able to figure out the right combination of Light and Dark Eco to give yourself more power.” Jak said, “How do you know that??” Manuel said, “I'll give you a hint, Jak. I'm the descendant of The Great Sage... But for now, I shall go. Good luck finding us. But, as a final hint, let me tell you something... We will meet again, but in a place you're very familiar with... Care to guess where??” Jak said, “I don't know where you're referring to...” Jak waited for a response, but nothing. Manuel left and caught up with David and the others. Manuel said, “Let's wait for Jak at his original Homeland... Where the Eco Industrial Plant is...” They agreed and Daxter took them there. Once they arrived there, they went to the Plant. Manuel said, “Take us to the Heart of this Plant.” Daxter said, “You're crazy... I'm not going there.” Manuel said, “Fine. Me and David will go there.” David said, “Why are we going there??” Manuel said, “Jak will appear here, soon.” David said, “How do you know that??” Manuel said, “I gave him that clue. We'll just see if he'll get the right answer.” Daxter said, “Well, that's fine and all. But, we're heading back to Haven City.” Manuel said, “If you head back, you'll never make it. This I've seen... Once you get back, that's the end.” Daxter said, “We'll take our chances.” Without letting Manuel say anything else, they left back through the portal. Manuel threw his Staff of Sages up into the air and the glare revealed that Manuel was right. They saw Daxter, Tess, and Ashelin killed. Manuel summoned his Staff of Sages back and said, “I knew that was gonna happen... Oh well, we should make our way for the Heart of the Plant.” David said, “Yeah, only one choice left... Destroy Jak.” Manuel said, “Yes...” As the wind blew at them, and Manuel's blond hair blew in the wind, they ventured into the Plant.

Back at Jak's Estate, Jak sat at his throne and tried to think of what Manuel meant. Jak said, “What did Manuel mean by a place I'm familiar with??” Suddenly, Jak heard Manuel's voice again. Manuel said, “Are you really that stumped?? That's really funny... The great Emperor of Haven City... Can't even figure out his Birthplace...” Jak said, “Are you making fun of me??” Manuel said, “There's no reason to do that. I believe you really are that dense to not even able to figure out where I am. I always thought that you were pretty smart, and here I was wrong. It was Daxter that was smarter and wiser than you ever have been.” Jak said, “How dare you make a mockery of me!!” Manuel said, “And what are you gonna do about it?? I'll tell you, not a damn thing.” Jak said, “I'll find you if it's the last thing I do!!” Manuel said, “Forget this. Jak, we're at your Eco Industrial Plant. We're waiting for you in the Heart of the Plant. Why don't you stop hurting yourself by thinking of something that even a Krimson Guard could figure out and get over here so we can beat you... I'm getting tired of waiting...” Jak said, “You're on!!” Jak ran through his Estate and found his portal to back home. Jak jumped through and ran towards his Eco Industrial Plant. Jak ran through his Plant and found Manuel and David. Manuel was walking around, blowing holes in his Plant. Jak powered up and charged for Manuel. Manuel wasn't even paying attention that Jak even arrived. Jak was running towards Manuel at full-speed, thinking that Manuel won't even notice. Unfortunately, Manuel knew all along and once he was close, Manuel jumped into the air and Jak ran right into the wall. Manuel landed next to David and said, “See?? I told you getting him mad would get him here faster.” David was laughing soo hard because Jak ran into the wall, full-force. Manuel said, “Soo... Jak, you like the renovations I did??” Jak managed to get up and turn around. Jak said, “You will pay for this!! The both of you!!” Manuel said, “Bring it then.” Jak withdrew his sword and charged at them. David withdrew his sword and Manuel already had his Staff of Sages out. Manuel jumped out of the way and let David and Jak battle it out. Manuel had an idea and teleported outside of the Plant. David and Jak continued their battle. Deflecting one attack after another, David was proving himself more powerful than Jak was. Once David caught Jak at a stalemate, David got a slice on Jak. David said, “I used to think that you were good...” Jak said, “Well, apparently, you thought wrong.” David started to get angry. David said, “Why don't you come over here and try and defeat me...” Jak started to concentrate his power and he started to transform. David held his place, while Jak was transforming. Jak said, “Let's see if you can defeat me now...” David summoned his other sword and said, “Bring it.” Jak attacked David and David was still defeating Jak. Suddenly, David struck Jak down and Jak was reverting back to his original form. David said, “Like I said... You got soft on me.” Suddenly, Manuel appeared and said, “I see you defeated Jak. I think it's time that we dispose of Jak, permanently.” David said, “A lovely idea...” Manuel pointed his Staff of Sages at Jak and Jak was frozen. Manuel said, “Follow me.” David followed Manuel, while Jak was being dragged. Manuel walked to where the Eco was being regenerated. Manuel said, “Hmm, this is a great piece of work. You have been able to separate Light from Dark, equally. But, do you know what happens when you mix them all at once??” Jak said, “I don't really know... All I know that it could cause something very bad.” Manuel said, “Well, let's find out.” Jak said, “No!! You can't!!” Manuel said, “Wait, I'm gonna need a tester. Jak, you can do it.” Manuel threw Jak into the Dark Eco Pool. Manuel dropped his Staff of Sages and held out his hands and concentrated on moving the huge Light Eco Pool into the air and pour it into the Dark Eco Pool. After pouring it all into the Dark Eco Pool, a catastrophic explosion was happening. Manuel said, “David, let's get out of here!!” Manuel and David ran to the teleporter and managed to jump through. Manuel said, “Well, it's your kingdom now. What do you want to do??” David said, “I'm not sure... We'll just see.” Manuel said, “Soo, is this where we part??” David said, “Until we meet again, my friend.” Manuel nodded his head and ran towards his ship. Once Manuel got to his ship, he blasted off for home.

Once Manuel got back home, he saw that he had another message for him. Manuel read the message. Manuel said, “A power source of the N Men?? I haven't sensed that power for a long time... But, why do I sense a familiar power there??” Manuel let his ship be rest and Manuel took a small rest, while the ship is being refueled. Once Manuel got back up, he was ready to head out. Manuel punched in the coordinates and blasted off. Manuel knew that something from the past was about to appear. Only Manuel would be able to figure out this next mystery.

Chapter Three - The Lost Adventure

Reaching the planet, Manuel was stopping the ship and had it hover above the world. Manuel was preparing his weapons. As he was, he kept on thinking of who that Bluish Figure was. Manuel thought to himself, "Who was that person?? How does she know me??" Manuel held out his Staff of Sages and just gazed at it. Manuel said, "This Staff has seen many battles and destroyed many enemies... I can't imagine the history behind this Staff of Sages... But, as The Great Sage..." Suddenly the Bluish Figure appeared and said, "You do know of its history..." Manuel said, "How are you here??" The Bluish Figure said, "Do you really want that answer now?? No, I don't think so. Right now, you have to concentrate on finding your Seven Sages. Below this ship, on that planet, you will find one of your Sages." Manuel said, "How sure can you be??" The Bluish Figure said, "Look for the Golden Relics, Manuel... You will find her." The Bluish Figure disappeared, after she said that. Manuel thought to himself, "Golden Relics??" Manuel tried to piece it together, but he knew he had to leave the ship. After shutting down the ship, leaving it to orbit the world, Manuel teleported down to the world of Jimmy Neutron. Once Manuel was upon the world, he ran to find cover. Manuel saw Cindy and Libby outside of Cindy's house. Manuel thought to himself, "If I'm going to be among these kids, I'll have to revert to my kids looks and ways..." Manuel pointed his Staff of Sages at house that had a 'For Sale' sign on it and the sign said 'Sold'. Manuel ran over to the house and ran inside. Once inside, Manuel slammed his Staff of Sages on the ground and a red glow appeared around Manuel. As Manuel stood in the red glow, he started to revert back to his kid form. The red glow disappeared and Manuel looked at himself. Manuel said, "Wow, I haven't seen my kid self in many years..." Wait, why am I saying in years?? I'm only 15... It my be because I've been The Great Sage longer than I know, like that Bluish Figure said.... Oh well, let's find who we need to find..." Manuel walked outside of his house and walked into plain view, where Cindy and Libby happen to be outside and notice him. Cindy and Libby looked and saw Manuel. Cindy said, "Is that a new kid??" Libby said, "I believe so... But, I didn't see any moving vans go to that house." Cindy said, "Maybe they arrived last night..." Libby said, "Well, let's go find out??" Cindy said, "Yes, let's go. Before Jimmy has a chance of ruining the new kid's potential." Without wasting time, Cindy and Libby ran to where Manuel was at. Once they got there, Manuel turned around and said, "Whoa... It's Special Girl and Invisible Sista." Cindy and Libby were surprised. Cindy said, "How do you know we're N Men??" Manuel said, "Well, I just had a feeling... I can sense a power within certain people, even if they don't realize it." Libby said, "That's cool." Cindy said, "Soo, you're the new kid??" Manuel said, "I guess so?? I just came here. Soo, I figured I move where you, Libby, Sheen, Karl, and Jimmy live..." Cindy said, "Now, that can't really be a coincidence..." Manuel smiled and said, "Okay okay... Well, it would be pointless to explain it... Come inside." Manuel brought Cindy and Libby inside of his house. Cindy said, "Is your parents home??" Manuel said, "Hardly. They don't really get home until night-time." Libby said, "Lucky. What do your parents do??" Manuel said, "They both work for the state. Basically, they're leaders of Retroville. You know, the ones that make the big decisions on money and all that sort of thing..." Cindy said, "Wow. Soo, you would be loaded with money..." Manuel laughed and said, "Yeah, that's another way of saying it... But, we like to keep a low profile." Manuel led them upstairs, into his room. Manuel opened the door and they all went inside. Manuel shut the door and said, "Computer, deactivate mirage." Suddenly, the room transformed into a laboratory. Cindy said, "Whoa!! There's more gadgets and whatnot in here than what Neutron keeps in his little shed." Manuel said, "Actually, this entire house is my lab. This is just where I do my most experimenting. You see... I'm a technical genius." Libby said, "And here, we thought Neutron was crazy about technology." Cindy said, "I like it. I like the way this kid thinks... Oh wait, we don't even know your name..." Libby said, "Oh yeah, what is your name??" Manuel said, "My bad. Where are my manners... My name is Manuel. Most call me, The Great Sage." Cindy said, "The Great Sage?? For some reason, that name brings a memory that I don't remember having..." Suddenly, Manuel thought to himself, "This isn't coincidence... That familiar sense must be coming from Cindy." Cindy looked at her watch and said, "Uh oh, we should be leaving. It's almost time to be heading back home." Manuel said, "Let me walk you two home." Libby said, "He even walks the girl home... Now, that's a gentlemen." Manuel smiled and walked them out of his house and walked them home. Manuel and Cindy dropped off Libby at home and they continued to walk to Cindy's house. While they walked, Manuel said, "Cindy... Let me level with you..." Cindy said, "Okay... Why did I sense that you were gonna say that??" Manuel said, "Because... I believe that it's not coincidence that you felt like you heard my name before..." Cindy said, "I know... It's really weird." Manuel said, "I believe that you're apart of something much bigger than you think... And, being here is holding you back." Cindy said, "Wait!! I remember something else... 'Valmar'..." Suddenly, Manuel just knew that she was it. Manuel said, "Cindy, let me ask you something... Do you have any Golden Relics??" Cindy said, "Golden Relics... I'm not sure. I'll show you what I have that's golden tomorrow at school??" Manuel said, "Okay, sounds good." Manuel walked Cindy to her front door and said, "Well, do sleep tight okay??" Cindy gave Manuel a kiss and said, "You too." Cindy walked through her door and shut it. Manuel walked back to his house and got ready for bed. Manuel thought to himself, "Valmar... Where have I heard that from before??" Thinking about what just happened, Manuel went to bed for the night.

The next day came and Manuel was ready to go to school. After Manuel got ready and was about to leave his room, the Bluish Figure appeared. Manuel said, "You again..." The Bluish Figure said, "By now, you figured out who you're here for??" Manuel said, "Kinda... Her name is..." The Bluish Figure said, "Cindy..." Manuel said, "Yes. You know her??" The Bluish Figure said, "Yes, I do. But, she's not suppose to be with you... You need to find your 'otherside'..." Manuel said, "My... 'Otherside'??" The Bluish Figure said, "Yes. Your 'otherside'... Do you know his name??" Manuel said, "No, I don't." The Bluish Figure said, "His name is Valmar. When the time is right, he'll reveal himself. You had him as your 'otherside' ever since you have been The Great Sage." Manuel said, "Soo, after I found the Staff of Sages." The Bluish Figure laughed and said, "No. You've been The Great Sage, looong before time began. Soo, when the time is right, you'll know who he is." The Bluish Figure disappeared before Manuel could ask anymore questions. Manuel thought to himself, "Long before time began?! That's impossible!!... But, why does it feel like it's true??" Manuel kept his thoughts to himself and headed to school. Once Manuel got to school, he was told that he would be in Cindy's class. Once Manuel showed up in the classroom, he knew that he would have a chance to really show Jimmy that he's no longer the smartest one in the class. Everytime that Jimmy went to answer a question, Manuel answered it before he could. Jimmy was starting to get really mad at Manuel. However, Cindy was falling for Manuel and Jimmy was getting more jealous by the minute. After school was over, Manuel found Jimmy and Cindy arguing over nothing, as usual. This time, it was about being stranded on the island, from before. Manuel remembered that, and got mad about what they said. Manuel broke up the fight and said, "Okay, I've had enough of this." Manuel separated them from each other and said, "Both of you, stop this." Cindy said, "Well, Jimmy started it." Jimmy said, "No, she started it. And I don't even know who you are." Manuel said, "Right you are, Jimmy. You don't know me, but I know you." Jimmy said, "How's that possible?!" Manuel laughed and said, "Oh Jimmy, Jimmy... If only you knew who I was..." Cindy said, "His name is Manuel, the smartest kid here." Jimmy said, "I'm the smartest..." Manuel said, "Are ya done, Jimmy??" Jimmy didn't say anything and just walked off with Karl and Sheen following close behind. Manuel said, "You two can't seem to get along, can't you??" Cindy said, "No, we can't. Even when we were stranded on that island. He just kept on thinking about returning home. It made me really mad." Manuel said, "Why don't we make a bet..." Cindy said, "What do you have in mind??" Manuel said, "Let's head back to that island." Cindy said, "Are you nuts?! I'm not going there with Jimmy again..." Manuel covered her mouth and said, "Cindy, Cindy... Calm down. Look, where's Libby??" Cindy looked around and she couldn't find Libby. Manuel uncovered her mouth and said, "You see?? Libby has been hiding a deep secret from you..." Cindy said, "But, that's not possible..." Manuel said, "Come with me... Let me show you something..." Cindy walked with Manuel to his house. Once they got to his lab, Manuel played back some moments that revealed the love and lust between Jimmy and Libby. Cindy gasped and said, "No... How can Libby do this??" Manuel looked at her and said, "Don't you mean, how can Jimmy do this??" Cindy got quiet and looked away. Cindy said, "Soo, you knew about me and Jimmy..." Manuel said, “I know more than just about you and Jimmy...” Cindy looked at Manuel and said, “What else do you know??” Manuel got up from his chair and said, “I know that Jimmy didn't give you those Golden Relics. I know you were found here, trapped in this kid-form, never knowing your true self.” Cindy said, “Then, you know the secret to these Golden Relics then...” Manuel said, “Yes, I managed to figure out the secret...” Cindy said, “What's the secret then...” Manuel said, “The Golden Relics that were given to you aren't from me... But, I do know who did give them to you...” Cindy said, “Valmar did, didn't he...” Manuel said, “Yes, he did. But, where he is, is something I can't answer... I don't even know where he is.” Cindy said, “I know. But, I can feel him close. Soo, what about this bet??” Manuel said, “Ha yes, the bet... Well, I say you, me, Jimmy, and Libby go back to that island. I sense more to this Jimmy/Libby business.” Cindy said, “Strangely enough, I do too.” Manuel sent a video invite to Jimmy, on his computer. Jimmy activated it and saw Manuel and Cindy on his screen. Manuel said, “Let's bypass the questions on how I contacted you. I have a bet for you. Well, we have a bet for you and Libby. Since we know about you and Libby, we wanna find out how loyal you two are.” Jimmy said, “Though I should ask, I won't. What bet are we talking about here??” Cindy said, “We're all going back to that island that we were stranded on, before. We're gonna figure out, who's can last the longest. We will be stranded on the island, without anything to help us. You think you can handle it, Jimmy Nerdtron?!” Jimmy said, “You're on, Cindy!!” Jimmy ended the video feed. Manuel said, “Well, at least we know it's going down. But, now we gotta figure out if Libby will agree.” Cindy said, “I'm sure she will, as long as she can be with Jimmy.” Manuel laughed and said, “Good point. Well, let's get ready and go. I think we should go now...” Cindy agreed and left to gather her things. Just before she left his room, Manuel said, “Cindy, grab the Golden Relics as well. I'll show you the secret, when the time is right.” Cindy nodded her head and left. Manuel thought to himself, “Soo, she is one of my Sages... I can't believe it.” Suddenly, Manuel heard a dark, demented voice in his thoughts, “You have finally found my Wife. I thank you, Manuel.” Manuel just about freaked out and said, “Who are you?!?!” The dark, demented voice said, “Oh yeah, I'm sorry, Manuel. It's who the Bluish Figure said I am. My name is Valmar... Your otherside.” Manuel said, “I really do have an otherside...” Valmar said, “Yeah, and once you unlock Cindy's true form, I'll be unlocked from your body, showing my true form as well.” Manuel said, “Well, I guess we shouldn't waste anytime then.” Manuel gathered his stuff and met the others at Jimmy's backyard. Once everyone gathered outside, Manuel said, “Well, let's get this over with, Jimmy.” Jimmy ignored Manuel and got everyone in his hovercar and they took off. While they travelled, Manuel was going over the rules and regulations of what was gonna happen. Though Jimmy and Libby tried to change the rules, Manuel ignored their words. Once they landed, Manuel helped off Cindy. While Jimmy and Libby were trying to get their camp started, Manuel gave Cindy a piece of paper. Manuel said, “Go back to that Oasis. Then, follow the clue.” Cindy nodded her head and ran into the forest. Manuel looked at Jimmy and said, “Since I know you brought your back-up lab kit... You won't be needing this.” Manuel pointed his Staff of Sages at Jimmy's hovercar and blown it into pieces. Jimmy said, “What are you doing?! Now, we're really stuck on this island!!” Manuel laughed and said, “You think I care?! Have fun re-building your hovercar.” Manuel ran into the forest to go after Cindy.

Once Manuel caught up with Cindy, she was at the Oasis trying to figure out the message Manuel gave her. Manuel said, “Can't figure out the message??” Cindy said, “No. It says: 'The secret lies Underneath the Waves.' What does it mean, Manuel??” Manuel said, “The secret... Lies Underneath the Waves... Let us be the Waves. We will go Underneath the Waves, to find the secret.” Manuel took hold of Cindy's hand and jumped into the Oasis. Manuel guided her to an underground grotto, where once they went underneath, they surfaced into a hidden place where there was a small house. Cindy said, “Wow, this is crazy.” Manuel said, “Come on, let's get out of this water and dry off.” Cindy agreed and they swam to the ledge to get to the house. Once they got inside, they changed clothes and lounged around. Suddenly, Manuel said, “Oh, let me see those Golden Relics.” Cindy took off her necklace and gave it to Manuel. Manuel looked at it and saw that it was a broken Triforce Piece. Manuel said, “Hmm, I wonder...” Manuel pulled out another piece from his pocket and pieced it together. Suddenly, Cindy rose into the air and a Light Bubble formed around Cindy. Within minutes, the bubble busted open and Cindy's true form was revealed. As she came floating back down, Manuel was lifted into the air. Suddenly, Manuel split into two forms. Manuel fell to the floor, as the other floated down. Manuel looked and saw a tall demon-like being, long black hair, Sage Robes, and two swords strapped to his back. The being turned around and said, “Thank you, Manuel. You have re-united me and Cindy, once again.” Manuel said, “Soo, you're my otherside... You're Valmar.” Valmar nodded his head and Cindy said, “I knew you were looking for me...” Valmar said, “Yes, I was. Everywhere I looked, but to no prevail. Not until the descendant of The Great Sage was found. Then, I knew that he would lead me to you.” Cindy said, “You thought correctly, like always.” Manuel said, “The Bluish Figure was right...” Cindy said, “What Bluish Figure??” Valmar looked at Manuel. Valmar said telepathically, “Did this Bluish Figure call herself your Apprentice??” Manuel said telepathically, “Yes, how did you know??” Valmar said telepathically, “Another time I shall tell...” Manuel said, “Now that I have Two of my Seven Sages, what are we to do with Jimmy and Libby??” Valmar said, “Ah yes, I remembered something about them... Jimmy was trying to create a power to destroy you. He found out who you really were and tried to figure out a weakness...” Manuel laughed and said, “That's funny... But, did he figure it out??” Valmar said, “He was able to figure out the formula to create the powers of The Dark Sage.” Manuel said, “I never really heard of a Dark Sage... Remember, I'm still, somewhat, new at this.” Valmar said, “Good point... Well, just hope that you never see one... They are capable of destroying Sages.” Manuel was quiet for a few seconds, but then said, “Well, this is one Sage he won't be able to destroy.” Valmar said, “Let's go find out if he has figured it out.” Manuel agreed and grabbed his Staff of Sages. Valmar, Cindy, and Manuel teleported out from their little grotto and appeared near Jimmy and Libby. Manuel looked and said, “Uh, you two?? I think Jimmy figured it out...” Valmar and Cindy looked and saw Jimmy and Libby next to a cauldron. Manuel said, “Shouldn't we try and stop it??” Valmar said, “I don't think he got it right...” Jimmy and Libby held hands and jumped into the cauldron together. Manuel said, “I'm not letting this happen... I'm going in.” Valmar said, “Yeah, I'm going in. They might have actually got it right...” Cindy said, “If they did, this won't be good.” They all ran towards the cauldron. Once they got there, they were too late. The cauldron started to melt and form into a being. Manuel said, “Too late...” Suddenly, a tall being appeared, in Dark Purple Sage Robes, with a Sinister Staff in his hands. The Dark Sage said, “Ah, Valmar... Cindy... And who's this??” Manuel said, “I am The Great Sage.” The Dark Sage said, “You're the descendant of The Great Sage?! Pathetic.” Manuel withdrew the Staff of Sages and said, “Pathetic?? Come here and I'll show you how pathetic I am.” The Dark Sage withdrew his Staff and said, “With pleasure.” The Dark Sage flew at Manuel and Manuel counter-attacked. The Dark Sage regained his balance and said, “Impressive. Let's see how you three face against me...” The Dark Sage split into three forms of himself and attacked Manuel, Valmar, and Cindy.

While Cindy and Valmar battled the replica Dark Sages, Manuel faced off against the real Dark Sage. Manuel deflected every attack The Dark Sage used against him. Once Manuel was able to catch The Dark Sage at a stalemate, Manuel managed to knock his Staff out of his hands. Manuel held out his hand and The Dark Sage's Staff flew into his hand. Manuel said, “Now, I got you where I want you...” The Dark Sage laughed and said, “Not really...” Suddenly, The Dark Sage Manuel was facing disappeared. The Dark Sage that Valmar was facing also disappeared. The Dark Sage that Cindy was facing caught Cindy off guard and grabbed her by the throat. Valmar said, “No!!” The Dark Sage said, “I have told you before, Valmar... You can't defeat me. But... I can make you live with this guilt...” Suddenly, Cindy had a Dark Bubble form around her. A loud sound exploded from within the Dark Bubble, exploding the Dark Bubble from the inside. All of Cindy's stuff fell to the floor, but there was no body of Cindy that fell as well. Valmar fell to the floor, dropping his Staff. Manuel gripped onto his Staff of Sages and attacked The Dark Sage, utterly destroying him. Manuel looked at Valmar, sitting on his knees, staring at Cindy's stuff. Manuel walked to Cindy's gatherings and started to pick them up. Manuel said, “I'm soo sorry Valmar...” Valmar said, “What am I gonna do??” Manuel said, “All things happen for a reason. Maybe it was time for you to find another...” Valmar said, “I always thought about that... Maybe it is time.” Manuel helped Valmar back to his feet and said, “Let's get out of here. We have to continue our mission...” Valmar said, “The Dawn of the Second Age of Sages... Yes, I remember that.” Manuel said, “Wait... How did you know that??” Valmar quickly said, “It was a lucky guess??” Manuel thought to himself, “How's this possible?? He shouldn't really know what our mission is... Maybe he was there for the Dawn of the First Age of Sages??” Valmar said, “Well, let's get ready to take off...” Valmar grabbed Manuel's Staff of Sages and they teleported into Manuel's ship. Manuel said, “How did you know about my ship??” Valmar quickly said, “I'm tired... And, I think I need to be alone because of what just happened to Cindy...” Valmar quickly grabbed Cindy's stuff and quickly ran to his room, which he somehow knew. Manuel thought to himself, “Yeah, what I said was true... He must have did missions and adventures with the First Great Sage. Well, no reason to wonder about what's true...” Manuel walked into the Computer Room and saw that he had transmission. Manuel replayed the transmission and saw that it was from Sonic the Hedgehog. Sonic said, “Great Sage, you may already know who I am. However, we're not here to talk about that. I'm here to talk about the situation here. We're looking for the Chaos Emeralds but, we sense Shadow the Hedgehog has returned. We will need you and Valmar to come help us. Sonic the Hedgehog out.” The transmission ended and Manuel had the computer download the coordinates into the mainframe and the ship started back up and was ready to blast off. Manuel went back into his room and laid down. Manuel thought to himself, “Cindy was killed... Something has to happen... I will not let another Sage be killed...” Manuel fell asleep, while the ship headed to the World of Sonic.

Chapter Four - Beginning of the Destruction

The ship came to a slow stop, hovering over the world of Sonic. Manuel managed to sense that they arrived, soo Manuel got up from his sleep. After spending about 20 minutes in his room, getting prepared, Manuel walked out of his room and into the living room. Manuel saw Valmar sitting on the couch, staring at the floor. Manuel said, “Hey Val, you ready to get this over with?? We have a distress call from Sonic. They sense that Shadow the Hedgehog has returned.” Valmar didn't answer him back. Manuel sat down next to him and said, “Valmar, listen to me... I do grieve with you over the loss of your love...” Valmar said, “Manuel, you have to realize something...” Manuel said, “That you're finally re-united with your love and in one blink, your love is gone... I know. I feel your pain. I'm searching for my love, as well. Valmar, listen to me... Maybe Cindy wasn't the girl for you... But, I can sense the girl for you.” Valmar looked at him and said, “Can you tell me??” Manuel said, “Yes, I can tell you. The only thing I can tell you is that you're gonna find her on your own... On a more personal mission, you will adventure. Trust me, you will find her.” Valmar smiled and said, “You said that they sense that Shadow has returned??” Manuel said, “Yeah. So, you ready to continue our mission??” Valmar said, “Yep. Let's go.” Manuel and Valmar ran into the Teleportation Room and activated it. Manuel said, “Computer, take us to Sonic's location.” A Computer Voice said, “As you wish, Manuel. Teleporting you to Sonic's last known location, Emerald City.” A bright white light flashed in the room and Manuel and Valmar was gone from the ship. However, that wasn't the only thing appearing. After Valmar and Manuel left, the Bluish Figure appeared. The Bluish Figure walked around the ship. Once the Bluish Figure walked into the living room, the Figure said, “Wow, I haven't been here in many years... The Great Sage did a good job preserving this ship. Now that Manuel runs this ship, I wonder if any of the rooms are still here...” The Bluish Figure walked towards the rooms and saw all the doors. The Bluish Figure said, “Oh my... The rooms are still here.” The Bluish Figure tapped a door with a weapon-like object and the door magically opened. The Bluish Figure walked inside to find a room. The Bluish Figure said, “Oh my... My room is still here... And everything is still here...” The door shut behind the Bluish Figure, locking soon after.

Manuel and Valmar landed outside Emerald City. Manuel and Valmar looked around and saw baby Chaos playing around. Manuel said, "They're suppose to be in the Chao Gardens... Not here." Valmar said, "Look, it's like the City was destroyed." Manuel towards the City and saw nothing but black smoke. Manuel said, "This isn't good... Maybe Shadow was already here..." Valmar said, "Let's go." Manuel nodded his head and they adventured into the remains of Emerald City. As they walked through the City, they saw mangled bodies covering the streets and sidewalks of the City. Manuel said, "This is madness..." Valmar said, "I think I'm gonna be sick..." Manuel said, "This is definitely the work of Shadow..." Suddenly, as Manuel walked over the bodies, he stepped on a white-tipped orange tail, that said, "Ow!!" Manuel looked down and said, "Tails?!" Manuel moved the bodies that were in the way and found a fox-like creature, with two tails. Manuel helped it back to its feet and said, "Miles 'Tails' Prower... Trusted friend to Sonic the Hedgehog and Emerald City's best mechanic." Tails said, "Thanks... You must be Manuel." Manuel said, "I am. Now answer me these two things, who did this and where's the others??" Tails said, "I can only assume that the others were able to escape safely... As for who did it, there were two of them... They destroyed Sonic, soon after he sent that transmission to you." Manuel said, "Two?! What about Shadow?? Sonic told me that he was able to sense Shadow's return..." Tails said, "Well, it wasn't Shadow. Shadow hasn't appeared. If he has, then we haven't seen him. I think it was the two that appeared here that was the dark power Sonic sensed... Besides, Shadow's been gone since him and Sonic used the Chaos Control on Final-Hazard..." Manuel said, "That I remember... Can you tell me who this team is??" Tails didn't say anything, but pointed across the town. Manuel looked and saw the two figures walking towards them. Manuel said, "No... This isn't possible..." Valmar said, "We destroyed them..." Manuel said, "Tails, I suggest you get out of here and find the others..." The two figures came into focus and one of them said, "Manuel, Valmar... It's good to see you again..." Manuel said, "I can't believe it." Valmar said, "It's Jimmy and Libby again." Jimmy said, “Yes, we've come back. You may destroyed us back on that island, but we're a lot more powerful than you estimate.” Manuel withdrew his Keyblades and said, “Then, I'll make sure I don't 'estimate' this time...” Manuel started to run at them. Libby pulled out all Seven Chaos Emeralds and used the power to blast Manuel back. Manuel flew into Valmar and they both fell to the floor. Libby said, “We forgot to tell you... We also have the Seven Chaos Emeralds...”Manuel got back up and helped Valmar back to his feet as well. Jimmy said, “We eliminated Cindy from your Seven Sages... It's about time to eliminate the rest.” Manuel re-summoned his Keyblades and said, “You may have bested Cindy, straight after she finally found her power... And, you may have the power of the Chaos Emeralds at your hands... But, that will not defeat us. You're facing the true power of The Great Sage... No one has ever lived to tell the tale.” Manuel concentrated his power and focused it into his Keyblades. With the help of the Chaos Emeralds, Jimmy and Libby fused again into The Dark Sage. Manuel said, “This will be the last time you will ever live, Dark Sage.” The Dark Sage didn't say anything, but he summoned his Dark Staff. Manuel flew at The Dark Sage and they clashed together, creating a thunderous sound. As Manuel and The Dark Sage fought against each other, Valmar watched in hopes that Manuel will destroy The Dark Sage, once a for all. Valmar saw that Tails and the others came back. Tails said, “Where's Manuel, Valmar??” Valmar said, “He's battling The Dark Sage. I'm hoping he defeats him, for good.” Tails said, “I managed to find everyone... Even Sonic's here.” Sonic said, “I take it Manuel found the dark power I sensed??” Valmar said, “Yeah, but it wasn't Shadow. It was a Sage we faced before. The Dark Sage already claimed one of his Sages... I can only hope that he destroys him.” Sonic said, “Why, who did The Dark Sage destroy??” Valmar put his head down and said, “He destroyed... my Wife... He destroyed Cindy, one of the Seven Sages.” Sonic and the others gasped. Valmar said, “Yeah, that's what happened...” Sonic said, “I am sorry.” Valmar said, “Let's just watch and see what happens...” Everyone watched as Manuel and The Dark Sage fought against each other. Finally catching The Dark Sage off-guard, Manuel thrusted his two Keyblades right through The Dark Sage. Manuel removed his Keyblades from The Dark Sage's body. As The Dark Sage fell to the floor, Manuel just stared at him. The Dark Sage said, "You have defeated me..." Manuel said, "And this time... You will not return." The Dark Sage laughed and said, "You think you've defeated me for good?! Ha! That's not possible. I will be back... But, I will not let you sense me, this time." Manuel said, "You will not come back. There's no possible way... I have your heart." Manuel held his Keyblade and it had his heart attached to it. The Dark Sage laughed and said, "Just wait... When..... The... Destruction... of... the... Sages.... will happen..........." The Dark Sage disappeared, leaving his robes and Dark Staff behind. Manuel waved his Staff of Sages over the Dark Staff and the robes and they disappeared.

Manuel walked back to Valmar and the others. After throwing his Keyblades into the air and having them disappear, Manuel held his heart in his hands. Manuel said, "I don't really get what he means... The Destruction of the Sages??" Valmar said, "I'm not sure... But, that doesn't sound promising." Manuel said, "Good timing, Sonic Team." Sonic said, "I am sorry. We were trying to retrieve the Chaos Emeralds." Manuel said, "The Dark Sage had the Emeralds. Now, I do." Manuel held his hand out and all seven Emeralds appeared. Manuel closed his hand and the Emeralds disappeared. Manuel said, "We will be taking our leave now. And, if you don't mind, I'm gonna hang on to the Emeralds." Sonic said, "No problem. We will be busy, rebuilding our home." Valmar said, "Sounds good. We shall be leaving, then." Manuel and Valmar teleported from the World of Sonic and back onto the ship. Manuel said, "I think I'm gonna check on the computer, to see if we have any transmissions..." Valmar said, "I'm gonna head to bed. Good night. Let me know if we do have anything." Manuel nodded. Valmar left for his room, leaving Manuel in the living room. Manuel started to walk towards the Computer Room, when he sensed something. Manuel walked past the rooms, when he put his ear up to one of the doors. Manuel knocked on the door and suddenly heard a small noise. Manuel telepathically said, "Who's in there..." No sound answered back. Manuel was about to open the door, until he found out that the door was magically locked, and he couldn't open it. Manuel just left it and left for the Computer Room. Once Manuel logged back on, he saw that he had a transmission from Mario. Manuel opened the transmission and it said, "The Great Sage... This is Mario. I'm sure you're able to recognize me, but know this. We have a small problem. Peach has gone over the edge and aligned herself with Bowser. Please, help us. I'm not sure how long we can hold on." The transmission ended and Manuel had the coordinates downloaded and the ship was ready to take off. Manuel walked back into this room and shut the door. Once Manuel got comfy, after taking off his robes and setting down his weapons, Manuel was about to lay down. Suddenly, Manuel remembered about The Dark Sage's Dark Staff and The Dark Sage's robes. Manuel held out his hands and both Dark Staff and Staff of Sages flew into his hands. Manuel concentrated his power and combined them both into one Staff of Sages. Though the Staff had a darker look, it was more powerful now. Then, Manuel set down his Staff of Sages and it flew back to where it was originally. Manuel grabbed both robes and, once again, concentrated his power and combined the robes. Manuel's robes had a darker look, but still was recognizable as The Great Sage. Manuel put back down his robes, where they were and went to lay down. Manuel clapped his hands and the lights turned off. Within minutes, Manuel was sleeping. Suddenly, the Bluish Figure appeared and softly said, "Good night, my Great Sage..." The Bluish Figure made her way to the bed and laid down, next to Manuel. The Bluish Figure laid her hand around Manuel and Manuel made a soft sound. The Bluish Figure gave Manuel a kiss on the cheek. Manuel woke up and the Bluish Figure quickly disappeared. Manuel felt the kiss and smiled. Manuel said softly, "Thanks, my Apprentice." Manuel went back to sleep, knowing that his Apprentice was watching over him.

Chapter Five - A Secret from the Past

As the ship flew throughout the Universe, Manuel was sleeping soundly in his room. Within a few minutes, Manuel got up and got out of bed. Manuel walked into the bathroom, starting the shower water. While Manuel was taking a shower, Valmar was up and ready and walking around the ship. As Valmar was walking around, Valmar came across a button on his door. Valmar was wondering about what he was looking at, until a greenish figure appeared. Valmar said, "Who are you??" The greenish figure said, "My name is Shadow. Press the button." Valmar was a bit confused, but pressed the button anyways. Once Valmar pushed the button, a bunch of sounds came from his room. Valmar said, "What was that, Shadow??" Shadow said, "Please, just walk in..." Valmar walked inside and saw the entire room was changed. Valmar looked at the pictures and saw himself with another girl. Valmar said, "Is this who you are??" Shadow said, "Yes. I am your true love, Valmar." Valmar kept looking at the picture. Valmar said, "You have long black hair, with dark purple streaks. Your Keyblades... Look powerful, Shadow." Shadow said, "Yeah, The Great Sage made them for us." Valmar said, "Manuel did??" Shadow quickly said, "Uh, well now you know how I look, once you're ready, come find me. You will know when you're ready." Suddenly, Shadow disappeared. Valmar didn't have any time to say anything. Valmar looked around his room, trying to piece what he just learned. Valmar left his room, meeting up with Manuel, in the Teleportation Room. Valmar said, "I guess we got another mission??" Manuel said, "Yeah, it's in the Mushroom Kingdom." Valmar said, "Ah, soo, meeting up with Mario and the others??" Manuel said, "Yeah, you ready??" Valmar said, "Yes, I am ready." Manuel said, "You figure out your true love, now??" Valmar looked at him and said, "How did you---" Manuel said, "You don't think I sense anything that's happening?? I may not know her name, but when the time is right, I do want you to go find her." Valmar just nodded his head. Manuel said, "Now... Onto our mission... Computer, please teleport us to Mario's location." The Computer Voice said, "As you wish, Manuel. Teleporting you to Mario's last known location....... I am sorry, Manuel. I can't find Mario's location. Another location would be on the outskirts of the Mushroom Kingdom. Is that okay, Manuel??" Manuel said, "That's fine with us. Teleport us there." The Computer Voice said, "As you wish, Manuel. Teleporting you and Valmar to the location: Outskirts of Mushroom Kingdom." With a bright flash of a white light, Manuel and Valmar was gone from the ship. Once again, the Bluish Figure appeared. The Bluish Figure said, "I think it's about time to let everyone know..." The Bluish Figure raised her hands into the air. Within seconds, four others figures appeared. There was a Greenish Figure, an Orangish Figure, a Dark Purple Figure, and a bright White Figure appeared in the Living Room. The Bluish Figure said, "My Sages... I have finally summoned you here, back on the ship that we once traveled in with The Great Sage." The Greenish Figure said, "It has been far too long since we've been here..." The Orangish Figure said, "What shall we do here??" The Bluish Figure said, "We can remain here, until The Great Sage appears. He cannot know of our existence, until it is time." The Dark Purple Figure said, "Let's see if our rooms are here." The Bluish Figure said, "All the rooms are still here. Go ahead and take a look. But, make sure that once you're inside, to magically lock your door with your magic. Soo, that The Great Sage can't enter." The Figures left the Living Room and entered their own rooms. After locking their rooms, they stayed inside their rooms.

Manuel and Valmar appeared at the entrance of Mushroom Kingdom, to find it totally deserted. Manuel looked around and said, "What happened... Mario said that Peach betrayed Mushroom Kingdom and aligned herself with Bowser..." Valmar said, "We should go find Mario and Luigi." Manuel said, "Yes, let's get going..." Manuel and Valmar were about to walk into the Kingdom, but Manuel saw flying aircrafts, projecting lights monitoring the streets. Manuel stopped Valmar and said, "Wait, Scouts are monitoring the streets. This may be harder than it looks." Valmar saw the Scouts, hovering around the Kingdom. Manuel said, "After me..." Manuel and Valmar ran through the Kingdom, hiding in every dark corner. Finally able to catch a breath, Manuel said, "I can sense Mario and Luigi near." Valmar said, "Let's get going..." Valmar was just about to run, until Manuel grabbed his Robe and said, "No, we're closer than you think." Valmar said, "Well, you better hurry. The Scouts are coming..." Manuel took out his Staff of Sages and slammed it into the ground, revealing a secret entrance hole. Manuel said, "Quickly. Let's jump in before they notice." Valmar jumped down and Manuel closely followed along. Manuel managed to recover the hole, to where the Scouts couldn't reveal their location. Manuel said, "I think we found them." Suddenly, a Toad Commander found them and said, "Hey!! Who are you?! State your names!!" Manuel said, "Toad Commander, I am The Great Sage, Manuel. This is Valmar, one of my Seven Sages." The Toad Commander said, "Oh, I am truly sorry, Manuel. Please, follow me. Mario and Luigi have been awaiting your arrival." Manuel said, "Lead the way, Commander." The Toad Commander led Manuel and Valmar to their Main Control Room, where Mario and Luigi have been closely monitoring the activity. Manuel said, "What's the update, Mario??" Mario turned around and said, "You have arrived. I hoped you didn't get caught by the Scouts." Valmar said, "Please... We're too good to be caught." Mario laughed and said, "Isn't that true... Well, straight to business, we have been able to elude Peach's grasp for right now... But, I have a feeling that she'll find us." Manuel said, "Yes, I have that feeling, as well. We should move this location..." Luigi said, "We don't have any other location to go... Peach managed to find all our other secret locations." Manuel said, "Then, just stay here and keep your grounds. We will go and sneak into the Castle." Mario said, "Do be careful, Manuel. We can't afford to lose you and Valmar." Manuel said, "Don't worry about us. If they do get you, fight until the end. If you do die today, you will not die in vain, I can guarentee you that." Manuel and Valmar left the room and went to the Castle, where Princess Peach and Bowser reside. Soon after Manuel and Valmar left, Princess Daisy and a team of Spec Op Toads barged in and started shooting. Mario and Luigi managed to find their escape route and escape Daisy's team. Daisy said, "Damn it... I missed them... There's no chance that they'll get away..." The Spec Ops Toads managed to eliminate all the Toads, operating everything around that Head-Quarters. After finding every Toad and killing them, Daisy and her Spec Op Toads contacted Princess Peach on Mario's Main Computer. Once they contacted Princess Peach , Princess Daisy said, "Peach, Mario and Luigi managed to escape. But, no worries, I will find them." Peach said, on the screen, "You must find them, Daisy..." Daisy said, "I hope we can find them. Why are we hunting them??" Peach said, "Don't worry about it." Daisy said, "One of these days, you will have to tell me cousin." Peach said, "Well, let's hope it's after you're dead, cousin." Peach ended the transmission. Daisy looked back at the Toads and said, "Well?! Don't just stand there... Go find them!!" The Toads jumped, frantically running back through the Hide-Out. On the outside, beyond the outskirts to the Dry Dry Desert, Mario and Luigi emerged from the ground. Mario said, "Luigi, we'll have to stay in this town." Luigi said, "Isn't this the Dry Dry Outpost??" Mario said, "Exactly. They won't think to look here. They'll look for the Ancient Castle, under the Sand." Mario and Luigi walked into their house, closing the door. Mario and Luigi were going to start their life here, to hide from Peach for they know of a secret.

Manuel and Valmar finally found their way to the top of Peach's Castle. After dodging Toad-Flyers, Manuel and Valmar found their way into Peach's Bedroom. After finding good enough hiding spots, they waited for Princess Peach to come walking in. They didn't have to wait long. Within a few minutes of their arrival, Princess Peach and Bowser came walking in. After Bowser shut the door, Bowser said, "Any word from Daisy??" Peach turned around to face Bowser and said, "Daisy managed to find their Hide-Out, but they were able to escape." Bowser said, "This isn't good... What if our secret gets revealed??" Peach said, "I don't know. That's why I'm looking for them. They aren't to release this information." Bowser and Peach were quiet towards each other, until Peach had the look of an idea on her face. Peach said, "I have one idea... But, it will require both of our power." Bowser looked at Peach with a worried look on his face. Peach said, "You know what I'm talking about. We will have to sacrifice our powers in order to make it work." Bowser thought of it and said, "Now, it doesn't erase memories, right??" Peach said, "It does. But, it only erases what we choose to erase. As in, we could erase this entire war and the Mario Brothers would've never found out our secret..." Bowser said, "I like it. Let's do it." Peach and Bowser rushed out of Peach's room. Manuel and Valmar finally came out of their hiding spots, with puzzled looks on their faces. Manuel said, "What did Mario and Luigi find out that was soo bad??" Valmar said, "It must've been something that she's willing to go great lengths to keep hidden..." Manuel said, "Let's go find out what they're gonna do now..." Manuel and Valmar hid around the Castle, secretly following Peach and Bowser. Peach and Bowser found a hidden chamber. Once inside, they shut the doors behind them. Manuel and Valmar were able to get inside, before they could shut them out. Bowser said, "Is that it?!" Peach looked upon the device and said, "Yes, Bowser. It is. Go sit in that chair." Bowser sat in the big chair. Bowser looked at the big chair and saw that it already had holes in the chair, exactly like the spikes on his shell. Manuel and Valmar looked on as they watched what Peach and Bowser were doing. Bowser said, "This looks like I've used this before." Peach said, "As a precaution, I have to erase your memories about this place, as well." Peach managed to strap down Bowser before he could start throwing his tantrums. Bowser roared, "Why would you do this?!" Peach said, "Mother taught me how to do this..." Peach strapped on a helmet and walked over to the computer. After making sure everything was in order, Peach activated the device. Manuel and Valmar used their teleportation power and teleported out of the Castle. They looked back and saw a big blue glow starting to engulf the entire world. Manuel and Valmar ran from the blue glow. Manuel said, "Let's get off this place!!" Valmar said, "I'm with you, on that!!" Manuel activated his watch and spoke into it. Manuel said, "Computer, activate the teleportation device. Destination, 20 feet directly in front of our current location." The Computer Voice said, "How long should I keep it open??" Manuel said, "3 seconds. Starting now!!" The Computer Voice said, "As you wish, Manuel. Activating the Teleportation Room." Within seconds, two beams of light flashed in front them. Manuel said, "We have three seconds. Let's pick up the speed!!" Manuel and Valmar ran faster than they could and managed to jump into the beams of light, just barely making their escape. As the blue glow swallowed everything, Mario and Luigi saw it from their house. Mario said, "Luigi!! She activated the Memory Machine, again!!" Luigi said, "What do we do?!" Mario quickly wrote down the secret and securely tucked it into his hat. Mario wasn't able to feel the note inside his hat. Mario and Luigi tried to run, but was too late. The blue glow swallowed them as well.

Manuel and Valmar fell to the floor of the Teleportation Room. Manuel opened his eyes and looked around. Manuel said, "We made it..." Valmar said, "Wow... I haven't ran like that in many years." Suddenly, the Computer Voice said, "Manuel, you should look what's happening to the Mushroomland..." Manuel and Valmar looked at each other and got back up and ran out to the living room of the ship. Manuel and Valmar looked through their window and saw that the entire planet was swallowed by that blue glow. Manuel said, "Wow... Peach really went all out this time... Do you think she really was able to erase the memories of what happened??" Valmar said, "I don't know. But, judging by the power she used, we won't know for a long long time..." Manuel said, "Well, that was a trip wasted... What should we do now??" Valmar said, "I don't know... Let's eat. I'm hungry." Manuel laughed a bit and said, "You're always hungry..." Valmar looked at him and said, "How do you know that??" Manuel stopped laughing and said, "I don't know... Just when you said that, it felt like I should say what I did... Like, I've said it to you, many times before..." Valmar smiled and said, "You're finally realizing your true power... Your true self..." Manuel said, "You think so??" Valmar said, "Yeah. I know so. Now, let's eat..." Manuel smiled and walked into the kitchen. Manuel washed his hands and got ready to make dinner. As Manuel continued to make dinner, Valmar walked into his room. Upon entering, Valmar saw the Greenish Figure, laying down. Valmar shut the door and locked it. The Greenish Figure awoke and saw Valmar. The Greenish Figure said, "Welcome back, Valmar." Valmar said, "Shadow... What are you doing here??" The Greenish Figure said, "Has Manuel been returning to his former self??" Valmar said, "Yeah. I just gotta keep unlocking hidden thoughts within his mind. I believe that once he does find all the Sages, he'll be able to unlock himself, fully." Shadow said, "Soo, once he does find them, are you going to come look for me??" Valmar said, "Yes. Don't worry. I will come and find you, wherever you are." The Greenish Figure smiled and said, "Hearing that makes me really happy... I can't wait to really see you..." Suddenly, Manuel knocked on Valmar's door saying, "Dinner's done, dude. Let's chow down." Valmar said, "Alright, I'll be out in a minute." The Greenish Figure said, "Don't worry. I won't go anywhere..." Valmar nodded his head and left his room. After locking it, Valmar walked into the kitchen and sat down. Manuel brought the food to the table and the drinks and they ate. After a while of eating, talking, and laughing, Manuel said, "As strange as it is, I'm starting to feel like my old-self again." Valmar said, "That's good." Manuel said, "Yeah, I just hope that I can find these other Sages and start the Dawn of the Second Age of Sages..." Valmar said, "Is it because we're the First Age??" Manuel said, "We're the First Age??" Valmar said, "Yes, we are. You see, your parents were apart of the Sage's Counsel. They begun The Seven Sages. Your dad was The Great Sage and your mom was his Apprentice." Manuel said, "I see. Well, let's save the stories for another time. I think I sense a transmission." Valmar said, "Okay. I'll clean up, here." Manuel said, "Thanks. I'll let you know if we have another mission to clear up." Manuel left the table and Valmar started on the dishes.

Manuel activated his computer and saw that they did have a transmission. Manuel opened the transmission and a familiar face popped up on screen. Manuel played back the transmission. It was from Princess Zelda of Hyrule. Princess Zelda said, "Great Sage... My name is Princess Zelda, from the Land of Hyrule. We are requesting your help. Order of Hyrule has been interfered by the Order of Termina. We will need your power to help solve this problem. The only problem is we only have Three Days to complete this. Please hurry... The Three-Day count hasn't started, but I feel that once you set foot here, it will. Please, help us..." The transmission ended. Manuel had the computer download the coordinates to the Realm of Hyrule. Manuel said, "Computer, once downloading, fly the ship to our destination." The Computer Voice said, "As you wish, Manuel." Manuel left the Computer Room and walked back into the kitchen. Valmar was just about to leave until they ran right into each other. Manuel and Valmar almost fell back, but managed to keep their balance up. Manuel said, "Good to know you're keen on your skills..." Valmar laughed and said, "Yeah, looks who talking..." Manuel said, "Anyways, before I was rudely interrupted, we do have another transmission. It's to the Realm of Hyrule." Valmar said, "Ah. Well, I'm gonna go lay down. Wake me when we get there??" Manuel said, "Yep. Just be ready when I'm ready." Valmar said, "Will do." Valmar walked to his room and opened the door. Once inside, Valmar locked the door and the lights turned off. Manuel walked into his room and locked the door behind him. Once Manuel was ready for bed, he laid down for sleep. Manuel kept on thinking about why he was chosen to do this. Manuel kept on wondering why he was the one that was chosen. With many thoughts that can't be linked together, Manuel managed to fall asleep.

Chapter Six - The Grand Adventures

As the ship flew through the Universe, Manuel and Valmar were fast asleep. Without warning, the ship made an emergency stop. Manuel was forced out of his bed, connecting with his wall. Manuel found himself in a lot of pain. Manuel said, "What the hell happened... Man, I forgot how bad my back really was..." Manuel managed to summon a health vile and drank it. Within seconds, Manuel managed to get back to his feet. Manuel walked out of his room, still wondering why the ship made an emergency stop. Manuel walked into the Computer Room and said, "Why have we made an emergency stop?!" The Computer Voice said, "According to my readings, there's a large object hurdling towards our destination." Manuel said, "I know that. It's the moon. That's why we're being summoned." The Computer Voice said, "We're only allowed this distance. This ship cannot go any further. My sensors didn't pick up this in time for me to make a soft stop." Manuel said, "That's fine. Just have the Teleportation Room ready. Locate Princess Zelda's location. Let me know when you have it." The Computer Voice said, "As you wish, Manuel." Manuel walked out of the Computer Room and back into his room. Just before he was able to get back inside, Valmar came out of his room and said, "What happened?!" Manuel said, "The computer made an emergency stop because we cannot approach the planet closely. That's because of the moon falling. Soo, be ready within about 20 minutes, okay??" Valmar said, "Alright. I'll be ready." Valmar went back into his room and shut the door. Manuel went into his room and shut the door, as well. Manuel took his clothes and put them into the wash/dry area and set the timer for 17 minutes. Once that started, Manuel went into his bathroom and took a short shower. After time passed, Manuel got out and walked back to get his clothes, which happen to be done exactly when we comes to get them. After getting dressed, Manuel walked out from his room and started heading to the Teleportation Room. After Manuel walked into the Room, Valmar was closely behind. Manuel said, "You ready, Val??" Valmar said, "Yep. Let's go help." Manuel said, "I hope we can help..." The Computer Voice said, "Teleporting you to Princess Zelda's current location. Destination: The Twilight Realm." With a flash of bright light, Manuel and Valmar were gone from the ship.

Manuel and Valmar reappeared inside the Realm of Twilight, where the Princess Midna rules over. Manuel saw Princess Zelda and Princess Midna a few feet in front of them. The two Princesses ran to meet Manuel and Valmar. Once meeting up with them, Princess Zelda said, "Manuel, it's really good to see you." Princess Midna said, "You must know who I am, Manuel..." Manuel looked at Midna and said, "How can I forget you, Princess Midna??" Midna giggled and said, "Soo, you remember those nights..." Manuel cleared his throat and said, "Anyways, why are you here, Zelda??" Princess Zelda said, "I figure that Princess Midna could help us figure out why or who made this happen..." Manuel said, "Well, let's think about this for a minute... It's actually quite simple..." Princess Zelda said, "How??" Manuel said, "Let's think. Majora tried to destroy Termina with the Moon... Ganondorf tried to destroy Hyrule with the Triforce of Power... Now, the Moon is gonna crash on Hyrule and the Power of the Triforce will try and destroy Termina. See where I'm going with this?? Ganondorf and Majora formed a team." Princess Zelda said, "I never thought he would do such a thing..." Princess Midna said, "Wait, didn't that mask salesman get it back??" Princess Zelda said, "He was murdered by Ganondorf. We found his body inside his shop. Ganondorf must've gotten a hold of it and it combining them." Manuel said, "And that's where we come in... What happened to Link??" Princess Zelda said, "It's better to show you than tell you..." Princess Midna teleported them to a dungeon-like place, where a person was locked up. Princess Zelda said, "There he is..." Manuel looked into the cell and the person came running at the bars. Manuel jumped back a bit, as Link tried to attack Manuel. Manuel saw that Link had on a mask. Manuel said, "Why does he have a mask on?? Especially the Fierce Deity Mask..." Princess Zelda said, "Ganondorf cursed Link with that mask, and Link can't take it off. It's been driving him mad. There's dark powers within that mask, but Link cannot control it anymore because of how mad it made him." Manuel said, "I think we should pay a visit to Ganondorf and Majora." Princess Midna said, "They're at Hyrule Castle. I'll teleport you three there." Manuel said, "Midna, we will need your power as well." Princess Midna said, "I've already died once, because of Ganondorf. I'm not gonna die again." Manuel said, "I promise that you will not die." Princess Midna said, "Alright. Because you promised... You have never broken a promise." Manuel, Valmar, Midna and Zelda were teleported, by Midna, to the front of Hyrule Castle.

Manuel gazed upon the Castle and said, "I haven't seen a Castle like this, for the longest of times..." Princess Zelda said, "I thought your Castle was a lot better than mine..." Manuel turned around and said, "What Castle??" Valmar quickly covered Zelda's mouth. Valmar whispered into Zelda's ear, "Manuel doesn't know about that, yet. He hasn't fully awakened yet... Don't mess it up, Zelda. You were put in charge of something more important and when he comes back to talk with you about what happens, you will then reveal what you were to protect. If you understand..." Manuel looked back at the Castle. Valmar continued, "Nod your head twice." Zelda nodded her head twice and Valmar let go of her. Valmar said, "Let's get inside and try and find these two." They all nodded and Manuel walked in first. Upon entering the Castle Grounds, many enemies started to come at them. Withdrawing their weapons, they were able to defeat the enemies and gain access to the inside the Castle. Once inside, they heard laughter echoing through the Castle. Princess Zelda said, "That's Ganondorf's voice..." Manuel said, "We should maybe split up and find where they are." Valmar said, "Sounds good to me. Princess Zelda, you come with me." Manuel said, "Valmar and Zelda will search all down here. Me and Midna will search upstairs." Valmar said, "Okay, sounds good. Come on, Zelda." Valmar grabbed Zelda's arm and dragged her to the nearest room. Manuel said, "After you, Princess Midna??" Midna said, "Why thank you..." Manuel followed closely behind Midna, making sure that she's being protected. As Manuel and Midna walked through the second floor, Midna said, "Hey Manuel, can I ask you something??" Manuel looked at her and said, "Ask me anything, Midna." Midna said, "What's your actual quest??" Manuel stopped and said, "How do you mean??" Midna stopped and turned to Manuel and said, "Well, Princess Zelda knows something that has to do with you... You don't think she was put here to help protect the Triforce, do you??" Manuel said, "Do you know what it is??" Midna said, "I don't know the full story because she has the prophecy written somewhere in this Castle. But, I do know that you will come back here to be told of this Prophecy. What it reveals is suppose to effect your Sages." Manuel said, "I wonder why Princess Zelda hasn't told me yet..." Midna said, "She was instructed to not say anything until the time is right... And now the time isn't right. Right now, we have to find Ganondorf and Majora." Manuel said, "Odds are, they are combined. Ganondorf may be wearing Majora as a Mask." Midna said, "Yeah, that is a possibility." Manuel said, "Let's continue." Manuel and Midna continued their way through the second floor. Manuel and Midna ran into Valmar and Zelda at the door to the third floor. Manuel said, "Find anything??" Zelda said, "Nope. Nothing. Only all the rooms to be thrashed." Midna said, "We think they are on the third and top floor." Valmar said, "Then, let's go upstairs and find out." Manuel kicked open the door and said, "Let's go." Manuel led the way up the stairs.

After traveling upstairs, the team found themselves outside of the Castle, a long way up. Manuel walked to the edge of the Castle and looked down. Manuel said, "I forgot how high this Castle was." Suddenly, clouds appeared and it started to rain. Manuel said, "It's raining... It means a battle is about to take place." Suddenly, the rooftop of the final room exploded and the debris rained down upon them. After dodging the rubble, Manuel said, "I think they know we're here..." They walked into the room, seeing Ganondorf wearing Majora as a Mask. Manuel said, "I knew this was gonna happen... Now, Ganondorf is able to manipulate his Triforce piece and the dark ritual powers of Majora." Zelda said, "How are we going to defeat him now??" Valmar said, "We can try and get the Mask of him..." Midna said, "Oh yeah, how we gonna do that??" Manuel said, "We'll just have to battle him." They walked up to the stairs of the throne. Ganondorf said, "It seems that you have finally come to help try and save Hyrule..." Manuel said, "What's the real reason you're doing this, Ganondorf?? You've always had a reason to try and take over Hyrule... What is it, this time??" Ganondorf said, "I'm just here to be the power. It's Majora that wants the power." Majora floated off Ganondorf's face. Zelda said, "Soo, who's in control?? You or Majora??" Ganondorf said, "We both are. After I heard legend of this Mask, I went to seek out who had it last. It happened to be with the Mask Salesman. I did away with him easily and retrieved the Mask. Then, I realized that the power from the Mask was gone." Majora said, "Thanks to Link, I couldn't regain my power. Now, thanks to Ganondorf, he's been able to regenerate my power to its fullest. I feel more powerful than I did, when I faced Link..." Ganondorf laughed a bit and said, "Speaking of Link..." Ganondorf snapped his fingers and Link appeared. Link was magically tied to a slab of the wall. It appeared that Link was barely alive. Zelda said, "Link!!" Link managed to open his eyes and see that Manuel, Valmar, Midna and Zelda were there. Link managed to say, "You four must.... must get out of here.... With Majora back in power and Ganondorf fully restored, you four don't stand a chance...." Manuel said, "Maybe you forgot, Link. But, I'm The Great Sage. I have never lost a battle and I don't intend on starting." Link took one more breath and said, "I learned how you can defeat them both.... You have to--" Suddenly, Majora jumped onto Link's face, permanently combining himself with Link. Majora's Mask became Link's permanent face. Manuel said, "Well, that's just great. Link was going to tell us their weakness and Majora stopped it... Typical bad guy behavior." Zelda said, "Only thing we can do now is battle them." Manuel said, "Okay. Me and Midna will take on Link. You and Valmar take on Ganondorf." Valmar said, "Gladly." Valmar flew at Ganondorf, clashing with him and breaking the throne. Zelda ran to help Valmar. Almost not knowing, Link jumped at Manuel and Midna. Manuel pushed Midna out of the way and Manuel jumped the other way. After Link landed on the floor, Midna and Manuel jumped back and started to battle against Link. Link, wielding only one sword, managed to throw Manuel and Midna off him. After landing on the floor, Manuel said, "Link's gotten a lot better than the last time..." Manuel withdrawn his Keyblades and summoned his sword. Majora said, "This is be fun, using this body." Manuel said, "Don't get too comfortable. I plan on ripping that mask straight off." Majora said, "I'm fused with Link. The only way you can defeat me is if you kill Link." Manuel knew that Majora was right, but he had to find a way to save Link. As Manuel and Midna continued to battle Majora, Valmar and Zelda were having trouble with Ganondorf. Without warning, Majora went flying into Ganondorf, knocking both of them down. Valmar looked at Manuel and said, "Nice shot." Manuel said, "It was Midna. Not me." Zelda said, "Oh. Nice shot, Midna." Midna said, "He called me a beginner." Suddenly, Majora and Ganondorf started to fight against each other. They all watched as Ganondorf and Majora tried to kill one another. Though Ganondorf and Majora kept on doing attacks that would kill them instantly, they were not dying. Suddenly, Manuel was able to piece it together. Manuel had the other huddle around him. Manuel said, “I figured out how we can beat these two. However, it will require the death of Link, in order to make it work. Zelda, will be able to handle that??” Zelda said, “With a heavy heart, yes I can make that happen.” Manuel said, “I'm sorry but, it does require his death. Anyways, as you destroy Link, Majora will be released from him. We'll keep Ganondorf distracted, while you take care of Link. Once you have him defeated, remove Majora from his body and meet back up with us. We'll pin down Ganondorf and you will place Majora onto his face. They should fuse and that should buy us some time to catch the upper-hand defeat both of them. Ready??” Zelda nodded her head. Manuel said, “Okay. Go. We'll get Ganondorf.” Once they broke apart, Manuel, Midna and Valmar started attacking Ganondorf, while Zelda managed to pull Majora off to the side, and deal away with him quickly. After defeating Majora and killing Link, Princess Zelda managed to take off the mask. Zelda ran back to inform Manuel and she has Majora. Manuel commanded Midna and Valmar to hold down Ganondorf. With quick-like moves, they managed to hold him down. Manuel said, “Place Majora on his face, hurry!!” Zelda ran to Ganondorf and managed to place Majora on his face. Suddenly, Ganondorf stopped moving. They all gathered around him, seeing if he was dead. Suddenly, Ganondorf started to throw his arms around, hitting everyone. Within the midst of everything, Ganondorf got up and grabbed anything near him. The only thing he was able to grab was Princess Midna. Manuel, Valmar, and Zelda finally got back up and tried to free Midna from Ganondorf's grasp. After knocking everyone back, Ganondorf threw Midna into the air and fired a dark purple lightning ball at Midna, shocking her instantly. Midna landed on the ground hard, still breathing. Zelda went to aid Midna, while Manuel and Valmar took care of Ganondorf. Within time, they managed to defeat him and Majora, ultimately destroying both. Soon after, Manuel and Valmar ran to see if Midna was okay. Sadly, they couldn't save her. Manuel said, “Let's take her back home.” Manuel picked up Midna's body into his arms. Valmar and Zelda grabbed onto Manuel's arms. Manuel teleported them back to the Realm of Twilight. Suddenly, the Twilight people came out to see if Midna was dead. One of the Twilight people held out his arms, indicating to Manuel to give Midna's body to him. Manuel did just that. As they walked away, Manuel said, “It’s my fault. I promised her that she wouldn’t die… And look what happened…” Valmar said, “It’s alright. I’m sure Princess Midna would forgive you.” Manuel said, “It’s not a question on if she’ll forgive me… It’s a question on why I let it happen…” Manuel teleported himself, Princess Zelda and Valmar back inside the Realm of Hyrule, landing inside the Hyrule Castle.

Manuel said, “Princess Zelda, I am sorry for your loss of a best friend.” Zelda said, “It's quite alright. I know, one day, we'll meet again.” Valmar said, “We should be getting out of here. We got to solve our own quest.” Manuel said, “Yes. Will there be anything else I can do for you, Princess??” Zelda said, “Yes, there is. I want you to teleport me to the Triforce Temple. I wish to become its Protector.” Valmar was about to tell Zelda something, until Manuel said, “As you wish, Princess.” Manuel teleported them to the Triforce Temple. They appeared in front of the Triforce Temple, in a desert-like Oasis. Manuel said, “Walk inside.” Princess Zelda walked inside. Once she entered, the Temple started to shake and rumble. Within seconds, Zelda's outfit quickly changed and two gold bracelets were securely placed on her wrists. Zelda tried to run out, but the bracelets kept her there. Valmar said, “I was gonna warn you about this.” Manuel said, “Zelda, don't you remember what happens when you try and do this, after the Triforce Temple already has a Protector??” Zelda said, “A Protector hasn't been chosen in many years...” Manuel said, “Go find the history book. It should answer your questions...” Manuel and Valmar teleported out of the Sacred Realm and back onto Manuel's ship. Valmar said, “Do you think it was right to let Zelda do that??” Manuel said, “If she truly remembered, then she wouldn't've chosen that path. She'll learn soon enough.” Manuel left and walked into the Computer Room. Manuel turned on the monitor and saw that they have another transmission. Manuel replayed it, seeing Agent Joanna on the screen. Joanna said, “Manuel, it's Agent Joanna of the Carrington Institute. Here with me is my partner, Elvis. We are under constant attack by a new breed of Skedars... We don't really know their DNA, but we are trying to figure it out. We could really use your help, along with your Lieutenant, King Krimson. Let us know when you're on your way.” Manuel closed it out and opened a new one. Manuel pressed record and said, “Agent Joanna, Agent Elvis, this is The Great Sage, aka the General. Me and my Lieutenant will be there shortly. Keep an open eye in the sky. TGS out.” Manuel sent the transmission to Agent Joanna. Manuel had the computer download the coordinates and take off as soon as it was done. Manuel left the Computer Room. Manuel walked up to Valmar's room and knocked on the door. Valmar said, “Yo?!” Manuel said, “We are heading to help Agent Joanna and Agent Elvis. As well, King Krimson will be here, as well.” That reminded Manuel and he went back into the Computer Room. Manuel opened another transmission and said, “Krimson, my old friend. It's TGS. We have another situation. Agents Joanna and Elvis are in need of our help. New Skedars have appeared and we're called upon to exterminate. Once you get this, download the coordinates and teleport to my ship. There's an available room for you, here. TGS out.” Manuel sent the transmission to Krimson, hoping he checks it soon. Manuel left the Computer Room and headed to his room. Tired and very sore, Manuel got ready and laid down to sleep. After shutting the lights off, Manuel laid down and fell asleep fast. After Manuel fell asleep, the Bluish Figure appeared again. She laid softly on the bed and gave Manuel a kiss good-night. Manuel smiled and the Bluish Figure laid next to him. As they were all sleeping, the ship was getting ready to take off to a world that's similar to Manuel's old world.

Chapter Seven - The Fight of All Missions

As the ship flew through space, a bright light shined from the Teleportation Room. After the light disappeared, Manuel’s long-time friend, David, walked out of the room. David said, “It feels good to be in this ship again…” David continued to walk into the living room. Standing in front of the window, watching the stars fly by, was Manuel himself. David said, “Long time, no see… How are things??” Manuel said, “Grab 2 drinks and we’ll talk…” David walked into the kitchen, grabbed 2 Dr. Peppers out of the fridge, and walked back to Manuel. Manuel grabbed the Dr. Pepper and opened it. After taking a drink, Manuel set it down in mid-air and it stayed afloat. David said, “Yeah, I can’t do that yet.” Manuel said, “I know. I take it you got my transmission…” David said, “Yes, so they need our shooting skills…” Manuel said, “Has it ever occur to you that someone out there, is looking for you?? Like, there’s a perfect other waiting to be found??” David said, “You have been thinking a lot, lately…” Manuel said, “Not just thinking… Seeing…” David said, “Seeing what??” Manuel said, “I’ve seen a future that worries me…” David said, “Like what??” Manuel said, “A death I’m solely responsible for. A death that effects my Sages. I find her, then I lose her…” Before David could say anything, the alarm went off. Manuel ran into the Computer Room and activated another transmission. On screen, Agent Joanna said, “How close are you?? We are being over-run…” Manuel said, “We’re on our way. Give us 10 minutes. We’ll take out the rest of them.” Agent Joanna said, “Please hurry…” The transmission ended. Manuel said, “I’m assuming you have your weapons??” David said, “Yeah. You’ll see them in action.” Manuel walked towards Valmar’s door and knocked. Valmar said, “Yo?!” Manuel said, “You comin’ to help??” Valmar said, “Not this round…” Manuel said, “Okay. Tell her I said hi.” Manuel walked off, with David following behind him, and walked into the Teleportation Room. Manuel said, “You ready, David??” David nodded his head. Manuel said, “Computer, teleport us to the Carrington Institute.” The Computer Voice said, “As you wish, Manuel. Teleporting you to destination: Carrington Institute.” With a flash of light, Manuel and David were gone. Still on the ship, the Bluish Figure appeared in the living room. The Bluish Figure said, “While I’m here, I have to write this down.” The Bluish Figure ran towards her bedroom door. She held out her hand and spoke in the Sages’ Language, “I am Kaishix.” The bedroom door opens and the Bluish Figure ran inside. She rummaged through all of her books, until she found an old book. The Bluish Figure took the book and sat down at a desk. After summoning a pen, the Bluish Figure wrote down a passage, inside the book. After writing inside the book, the Bluish Figure left her room and walked inside Manuel’s room. She walked towards his bookcase and hid the book within the other books. After leaving his room, she went back into her room and shut her door. The Bluish Figure said, “I hope she can figure it out. If anything, she’ll show it to him and they’ll go find the seven… I don’t have anything else to do here… When the time comes again, I’ll come back… Until then, I have no need to come back…” The Bluish Figure securely locked her door and teleported out of her room.

Inside the Carrington Institute, Manuel and David found cover behind some of the rubble. David said, “You ready to see my newest and latest in weaponry…” David revealed his double-magnum weapons, design to shoot 100-clip bullets. The weapons’ design was of David’s mind, branded with the Haven City Green and Black symbol; the gun colored to Black and Purple design. Manuel said, “Very well crafted, David.” David said, “Thanks.” Manuel said, “Now… See my latest Sniper Rifle… “Manuel summoned a rifle case, and laid it on the floor. Manuel opened the case, revealing Manuel’s newest Far-Sight. Manuel’s weapon was designed with Red and Black, with the Seven Sages logo on it. On both side of the Far-Sight, Manuel’s name, “The Great Sage” was inscribed on it, written in the Seven Sages Language. No visible gun clips were there, because Manuel designed the weapon’s gun fire to be on the power level of his own. David said, “Wow… Looks like you have been working on this…” Manuel said, “You can say that. Now, we have a job to do. Let’s find Joanna and Elvis.” David said, “After me??” Manuel nodded. David got ready and ran into the open. Being covered by Manuel’s aim and fire, David ran into the rooms and eradicated the Skedar enemy, saving the workers of Carrington Institute. From one room to another, Manuel and David finished the main room. After meeting up again, Manuel said, “Ready to go to the Hangar??” David said, “Cover me.” David ran forward, while Manuel covered him with his 110% accurate shots. After clearing out the Hangar and the maze room, Manuel and David met up again. Manuel said, “You find Joanna or Elvis??” David said, “Nope. You??” Manuel said, “Not yet. Let’s check the front.” Manuel and David ran towards the front. After opening the doors, Manuel and David saw Joanna and Elvis, trying to stay alive. David said, “They’re all yours.” Manuel carefully aimed his Far-Sight and took out the last few Skedar, saving Joanna and Elvis. Elvis looked back and said, “About time you two show up.” Manuel and David jumped down to meet up with them. Joanna said, “What took soo long??” Manuel said, “Had to help the others. The Institute is clean, now.” Joanna said, “That’s good. But, we need to leave here. We have the location of a new hybrid…” Manuel said, “A hybrid of what??” Elvis said, “We’re not sure. That’s why we need to go find out.” Manuel said, “We’ll go along… You’ll need us.” Elvis said, “Of course… I hope the ships aren’t damaged…” Manuel said, “From what we saw, they’re good.” Joanna said, “Should we take off now or regain our ammunition??” David said, “I have enough ammo…” Manuel said, “My Far-Sight doesn’t have ammo. It’s in-tune with my power…” Elvis said, “I need some ammunition.” Joanna said, “Yeah, I could use some more ammo…” Manuel said, “We’ll meet you in the Hangar… At ship #18.” Elvis said, “Okay. See you then…” Joanna and Elvis ran inside the Institute, while Manuel and David waited for them at the Hangar. David said, “Who did you say hi to, when we left the ship??” Manuel thought and said, “Actually, I don’t know… I felt like I should say hi to her… But, I don’t even know who she is…” Joanna and Elvis appeared and were ready. Manuel and David boarded the ship, closely followed by Joanna and Elvis. Manuel and David sat down on the chairs and strapped in. Joanna said, “Are we ready??” Manuel, David, and Elvis nodded their heads. Joanna said, “Okay. Then, let’s take off.” The hovership activated and blasted into outer space. The source that they found lead them to the Moon. After landing down on the moon, they ventured around to find a hidden base. Suddenly, they found a hidden tunnel that lead deep inside into the moon. They ventured into a hidden base, which revealed a Hybrid army. Standing in front of the Hybrid army, was Daniel Carrington, the founder of the Carrington Institute. Manuel turned to them and said, “I can’t believe that Daniel is in command of these creatures. Let’s attack on my mark.” David, Elvis and Joanna followed along. Manuel directed them to his precise spots that he wanted them at. Once everyone was in position, Manuel gave the command and they jumped into action. After Daniel saw the commotion, he sent all the hybrids to attack them. From dodging attacks and gunfire, they weren’t able to defeat even one hybrid. Joanna, Elvis, and even David exhausted all of their ammo. Manuel’s gun even started to malfunction. Manuel yelled, “Let’s re-group!!” After dodging more bullets and attacks, they got back together and were able to buy some time before the hybrids figured out where they were. Manuel said, “Where exactly did we lose control here, guys??” David said, “I don’t really know, man. But we better get out of here before we lose ourselves as well.” Joanna said, “I think we should get out of here. We have no ammo left.” Manuel said, “Ok, follow right behind me and don’t fall behind.” The three followed closely behind Manuel, as he managed to maneuver around the hybrids. They were almost out, until one of the hybrids spotted them and made a loud screech. Suddenly, all the hybrids came running. Manuel said, “Time to run!!” They all ran for the exit, not even grabbing their space gear. Manuel took out his wand and said, “Give us air without oxygen…” Once they jumped outside, they noticed that they were able to breathe. Manuel said, “Don’t worry, let’s just get to the ship.” They ran, while the hybrids were behind them. Manuel telepathically activated the ship and it was all ready to go. Once they got to the ship, Manuel quickly placed the shields up and the ramp. Joanna and Elvis quickly put the ship into flight. The blasted all the way back to Joanna’s homeworld.

Back on her homeworld, they literally crash-landed in the Hangar. They had no time to regroup and plan. Manuel said, “Go get more ammo and be ready. I’m gonna head to the gun-room and try and create a gun and ammo that can penetrate this skin…” Manuel pulled out a huge chunk of skin and showed them. Manuel said, “Agent Joanna and Agent Elvis, you will follow the orders of Lt. David ok?? I’ll radio when I have it done.” They agreed and left. David, Joanna, and Elvis went upstairs and found some more ammo, while Manuel went into the gun room and was configuring with the new guns and ammo to penetrate the skin. Not truly knowing when Daniel was going to send his hybrid army down, Manuel tried to quickly finish. It seemed like time stopped, while they were waiting for the hybrids to appear. Manuel was finally able to finish the upgrades and the ammo. Once he grabbed everything and went to leave, he ran right into the arms of the hybrid and it picked him up and threw him through the wall. Feeling the pain in his back, he found himself with the other three. David said, “I thought you were going to radio us, not create a hole.” Manuel took hold of his newly modified weapon and shot the hybrid that came crawling out of the hole. Manuel shot the hybrid in the head, exploding it and killing it instantly. Manuel said, “I was going to, but I ran right into that hybrid and he picked me up and threw me through the wall. But, anyways, here’s the new weapons.” Manuel gave them the ammo and guns and they were ready. Suddenly, the hybrids started to appear like crazy and started shooting. They started to fire back and they all aimed for their heads. One-hit kills were happening everywhere. They were able to clear out the entire Institute, still with a lot of ammo left. Manuel said, “Let’s get back to the Hangar and find a flyable air-craft.” Once they got there, they saw that no ships were left. Manuel said, “This I figured… That’s okay. We have one more ship left.” Manuel summoned his ship and they all got on. Once they got into orbit, a sudden explosion happened. They ran to the side window and saw that Joanna’s homeworld was destroyed. Joanna said, “Daniel… He will pay for this.” Manuel said, “Now what will you two do??” Elvis said, “There’s no point in going back. Let’s go all out, this time.” Joanna said, “We were always careful on our missions. This time, it’s either his life or our lives.” Once they were close enough to the moon, they used the teleportation room and teleported at the entrance of the moon base. They appeared in front of many hybrids and they didn’t waste any time destroying them. They fought their way to the reactor room, where Daniel Carrington was at. Daniel turned around and said, “I’m surprised you all are still alive. I thought the explosion would’ve got you all.” Manuel said, “Be careful, Daniel. We aren’t to be under-estimated.”Daniel laughed a bit and said, “This I know to be true… You four aren’t just some Agents. We have Special Agent Joanna and Special Agent Elvis, two of Carrington’s finest Agents. Then we have the two that were considered immortal gods. General Valmar and Lt. Krimson are the absolute best. The set the records and standards on Carrington Institute.” Manuel said, “Yes, we did. However, now none of that matters. You have corrupted your purpose and ultimately destroyed everything you once held traditionally.” Joanna said, “We’re here to take you down.” Daniel said, “Let’s see how well your training paid off…” Daniel sent out his finest hybrids and ordered them to attack them. Manuel had the others get into positions and they attacked back. Daniel’s elite hybrids didn’t last that long against them. Daniel said, “Congratulations. You four done well… Let’s see how you favor against the creator…” Suddenly, Daniel’s appearance started to change. Within seconds, Daniel transformed into the hybrid, but much bigger and faster. Daniel said, “Who should be first…” Suddenly, Daniel’s quick attack targeted Elvis and Elvis died instantly. Joanna said, “That’s enough. You will not claim more lives.” Joanna took the weapon from Elvis and started to fire at Daniel. Manuel and David tried to help take down the leader, but Daniel’s defense just seemed to be too strong. Suddenly, Manuel had an idea. Manuel said, “David, leave this place. Go back outside and prepare the ship. Don’t worry. The teleportation should be ready for you to teleport back on the ship. Just navigate the ship close enough for me to teleport back on, myself. Now, go!!” David didn’t argue. David was able to sense Manuel’s plan, because of their friendship and past missions. David said, “Just don’t get yourself blown up again…” Manuel smiled and said, “That wasn’t my fault. Anyways, get going!!” David left his weapon there and ran off. Manuel grabbed his weapon and went to the front lines, where Joanna was. Manuel said, “Joanna, I’m going to destroy the reactor. However, the explosion will destroy the moon and moon base. Would you like to escape with us, or stay here and keep Daniel here??” Joanna said, “I will keep him here. I know the outcome of my decision, but it’s what I want to do.” Manuel said, “Then, fight well and your memory will not be forgotten. Thank you for being the best Agent we could’ve asked for.” They shook hands and Manuel handed her his and David’s weapons to keep him at bay. Manuel summoned his staff and ran to the reactor and destroyed it. Within seconds, the base started to explode. Manuel ran as fast as he would to the entrance and teleported himself onto the ship. Joanna said, “This is for destroying Elvis and the entire homeworld…” Daniel said, “You would destroy yourself, just to make sure that the hybrids are destroyed?!” Joanna said, “I’m an Agent. I make sure the mission is fully complete. This is no different. The mission is to kill you… And this is the solution.” Couple minutes later, the moon exploded.

Back on the ship, Manuel and David were sitting in the living room. Manuel said, “Man, that was a mission right there…” David said, “That was a mission that could’ve killed us…” Manuel said, “That’s how all our missions turn out… Why, I don’t know but it happens like that.” David said, “Yeah, good times though… Well, I should get back to Haven City.” Manuel walked him to the teleportation room and inputted the destination. Manuel said, “We’ll meet back up later on…” David said, “What do you mean??” Manuel said, “I’m not sure, but I know we will be fighting side-by-side again, one day…” David said, “Well, I’ll keep training until that day comes. Peace.” Manuel said, “As will I. Peace.” David disappeared and Manuel went into the computer room to check on any new transmissions. Manuel saw that a transmission was from Goku. Manuel activated the transmission and played it back. Goku said, “This is Goku. Manuel and Valmar, we need your help. Someone has brought back Broly, the Legendary Super Saiyan and BoJack, the Intergalactic Assassin with the Dragonballs. To make things worse, whoever brought them back, also destroyed the Dragonballs. We have been able to hold them off, but we don’t know how long we can. Please get here fast.” The transmission ended. Manuel downloaded the coordinates and put the ship on auto-pilot. Manuel went to his room and was ready to just fall asleep. Right after Manuel fell onto his bed, Valmar came knocking and walking in. Valmar said, “Soo what did I miss??” Manuel turned over and said, “Well, we saved Joanna and Elvis. We found a hidden base on the moon. Daniel Carrington was the creator of the hybrids. We had to regroup and create modified weapons to kill the hybrids. We destroyed them all on her homeworld. Then, after we left her world, it exploded. Soo, we went back to the moon base and fought our way to the reactor, were Daniel was. Daniel sent out his elite hybrids. They weren’t a challenge. Then, Daniel revealed that he put the DNA of the hybrid into his own and he formed into a powerful hybrid. He destroyed Elvis with one hit. I told David to escape and have the ship ready. I gave Joanna the recognition that she deserves. I destroyed the reactor, which destroyed the moon base and the moon itself. Soo, Joanna and Daniel exploded. Then we came back here and David just left. And, that’s about it.” Valmar said, “Wow, I missed a lot. Did I hear Goku’s voice??” Manuel said, “Oh yeah, BoJack and Broly are resurrected and the Dragonballs are destroyed. Soo, be ready and rested when we get to Goku’s world. I’m heading to bed. Good night.” Valmar shut the door and went back into his room. Manuel fell asleep, as the ship continued its set course for Goku’s world.

Chapter Eight - Shadows from the Past

As the ship flew to its next destination, Manuel finally awoke from his slumber. Not really knowing what to do, Manuel decided to make some breakfast for himself and Valmar. After Manuel got dressed, he walked out of his room and into the kitchen. After starting the stove and getting the food ready to make, Manuel began making breakfast. As Manuel continued to make the bacon, sausage, and pancakes, Valmar awoke from his sleep, smelling the food. Valmar came walking out into the kitchen and said, “Is it time for breakfast??” Manuel said, “I don’t truly know. According to my clock, it’s morning. Soo, I’m making a morning meal: breakfast.” Valmar said, “Ah, I see. Well, I’m gonna get ready and dressed and we’ll eat??” Manuel said, “It should be done by then.” Valmar nodded his head and left back into his room. As Valmar was getting ready, Manuel kept on wondering about certain thoughts that seemed to cloud his mind. Thoughts of this Bluish Figure… Thoughts about the Seven Sages… And why he was chosen as The Great Sage… Though he kept on thinking, breakfast was complete and made the table and brought the food. Once the food was at the table, Valmar came walking into the kitchen and sat down. Manuel said, “Alright, let’s eat.” They grabbed the food and started to eat. As they ate, Valmar said, “So, what’s been on your mind, lately??” Manuel swallowed his food and said, “A lot of things, Val. Like, why I was chosen as The Great Sage and who are these Seven Sages I’m looking for and who is this Bluish Figure that appeared before me, when I collected The Great Sage’s Staff.” Valmar swallowed his food and said, “I see. So, you think it’s wise to linger on such thoughts??” Manuel said, “It’s not wise to waste the thoughts that can’t be erased. Because, if you could waste the thoughts that weren’t able to be erased, no thoughts would be left to waste.” Suddenly, the alarm went off and Manuel said, “Well, we have work to do…” Valmar nodded his head and went back into his room and gathered his weapons. After Valmar shut his door and gathered his weapons, Valmar noticed that a greenish scepter was on his bed. Suddenly, the Greenish Figure appeared and said, “I see you found the scepter…” Valmar said, “Shadow, this can’t be here. You have to rid of it. Take it to where the other six are. If Manuel was to find out this scepter, a catastrophic time-rip would occur. Keep it safe with the others… I have a mission with Manuel to help out with. Soo, please get rid of those.” The Greenish Figure took hold of the green scepter and disappeared, without a trace. Valmar said to himself, “I almost let that slip… Now’s not the time for mess-ups…” Suddenly, a knock came from his door. Manuel said, “You comin’ or not, dude?!” Valmar opened his door and said, ‘I’m coming out of the room, now… Geez…” Manuel laughed a bit and said, “Well, come one then man… We have a team to save…” Manuel and Valmar made their way into the Teleportation Room. Manuel said, “Computer, teleport us to Goku’s current location.” The Computer Voice said, “As you wish, Manuel. Teleporting to Goku’s current location: Outskirts of Town…” With a white flash, Manuel and Valmar were gone from the ship.

Once they appeared on the ground, they appeared in a big battle. Manuel and Valmar dodged the attacks and the power-blasts. Manuel and Valmar found where Goku and the others were battling and ran towards them. Suddenly, a power-blast almost caught Manuel off-guard and suddenly stopped. Valmar quickly turned around to see how Manuel was doing. Manuel said, “Go on, I’ll catch up.” Valmar nodded his head and kept going to Goku’s location. Manuel saw BoJack, the Intergalactic Assassin, floating above him. Manuel said, “It must be good to be back from the after-life, BoJack…” BoJack said, “Heh, like you would know… I’m not here to talk. I’m here to kill.” BoJack didn’t want to waste time, so he decided to attack Manuel head on. Manuel stood his ground and defended himself against BoJack, blow by blow. Manuel blocked BoJack’s every move and kept on toying with him with tiny but hurtful hits. After another attack, BoJack fell back for a bit to regain his posture and breath. Manuel said, “Heh, you haven’t battled in a long time… You don’t have the power to defeat me.” BoJack said, “You better watch your words…” Manuel said, “Oh wait… I think you’re about to have a quick re-union…” BoJack stood there, trying to figure out what Manuel meant. Suddenly, Broly, the Legendary Super-Saiyan, came flying at BoJack. They ran into each other and were sent flying. Manuel decided to grab them both, magically, and bind them. Manuel powered up and blasted them to the ends of the galaxy. After they disappeared, Manuel caught up with the others. Manuel said, “Goku… Long time, no see… How goes things?” Goku said, “As you just saw, we have a hard situation on our hands.” Manuel said, “Well, for the time being, they are held at bay. I don’t know when my magic will wear off them, soo we better use that time to train and get the necessary preparations ready.” Goku said, “What’s with the sacks?? You have three of them…” Manuel said, “Open one and find out…” Goku opened up a sack and saw that it was filled to the very top with Senzu Beams. Manuel said, “I’m assuming everyone else was taken back to regain their strength…” Goku said, “Yes, and with these sacks, we should stay energized for a great duration of the next fight.” Manuel said, “Let’s not waste words… To Master Roshi’s house then??” Goku nodded his head and called his flying nimbus. Goku jumped on and headed to Roshi’s island. Manuel said, “You ready to go, Valmar?” Valmar said, “Let’s go…” Manuel and Valmar grabbed the sacks of Senzu Beans and teleported to Roshi’s island. Still stuck out in space, magically bound, Broly said, “I have an idea… But, we should be cautious about this decision…” BoJack said, “You’re thinking about fusing, aren’t you…” Broly said, “Yes, are you willing to do this??” BoJack said, “To get rid of those sayians… I’ll do it.” Suddenly, the magical bind disappeared and they were free. Broly said, “Let’s get to work…” They went to a near-by moon and started to work on their technique and power.

Back on Goku’s homeworld, they were all gathering at Roshi’s island, where the other fallen Z Team members were. After Manuel and Valmar managed to exercise their abilities and bring back the Z Team, Manuel said, “Ok, what exactly is the story behind this attack??” Goku said, “We were in search of the Dragonballs. We managed to find 6 of them.” Gohan said, “We spent extra time to just find the last one…” Krillin said, “Once we found the last ball’s location, we found that all seven were collected.” Vegeta said, “We don’t exactly know how it or what happened… But, that’s what happens when we leave Kakarot in charge of watching the Dragonballs.” Goku laughed a bit and said, “Funny, Vegeta. Good joke.” Vegeta said, “Who says I’m joking, Kakarot?” Manuel said, “Anyways… Did you get a look at who summoned the dragon?” Trunks said, “No we couldn’t see him. As soon as we made his wish and saw us, he committed suicide by blowing himself up. Whoever wished them back to life, wanted us to never find out who it was.” Manuel said, “Well, then we should take this time that they are still stuck out in space and bound.” Valmar quickly said, “They aren’t bound anymore.” Manuel looked at him and said, “What did you say?!” Valmar said, “They’re not bound anymore. I can sense them on a nearby moon, where you sent them. They’re currently trying to perfect the fusion technique.” Manuel said, “Then we don’t have much time at all. Everyone, gather in a circle and join hands.” They joined hands and formed the circle. Manuel concentrated his power into teleporting all of them to the Hyperbolic Time Chamber. Within minutes, they all disappeared from Master Roshi’s island. Appearing in front of the Hyperbolic Time Chamber’s door, they all walked inside. Manuel shut the door and the time began. Manuel said, “I got a better idea.” Manuel walked towards the hourglass and threw his staff inside it. After shattering the glass and the sand falling out, Manuel’s staff was centered in the hourglass and suddenly, everyone felt a major difference. Goku said, “What are you doing, this time??” Manuel said, “With my staff in place, the training will be more longer and much harder, but the time we spend in here will be cut down to a matter of hours.” Goku said, “Soo, this is why you brought the Senzu Beans with us??” Manuel said, “Yes. Trust me, we will all need it.” Without wasting more time talking, everyone started to train to exceed their original limits. Manuel’s staff made the gravity and power level soo impossible that everyone was starting to question their abilities. However, as they questioned their power and abilities, they managed to push their bodies, power, and levels beyond what they originally were training under. Still out in space, Broly and BoJack worked very hard to sync their techniques and power together. Once they finally achieved their goal, it didn’t even bother testing its power. It teleported back to Goku’s homeworld. Still training, but nearing the end of their session, everyone was tired and very worn out. However, the entire Z Team managed to surpass their original levels and even achieve the levels they couldn’t manage in the original training. Suddenly, Valmar said, “Manuel, they’re back. And it looks like they finally figured out the fusion technique.” Manuel said, “Ah. It’s about time we settle this. Is everyone ready?” The Z Team all nodded their heads and Valmar showed off his weapon, as well. Manuel said, “Then, let’s finish this…” Manuel held out his hand and his staff came flying to his hand. Manuel said, “on my mark… We teleport.” Manuel threw his hands up and suddenly threw them down and they all teleported out from the Hyperbolic Time Chamber.

Re-appearing at where the fused killers were, the Z Team prepared themselves for combat. Manuel said, “Soo, you have achieved fusion…” The creature said, “My name is BroJack. I am the most powerful being in this universe. None shall pass before me.” Valmar said, “BroJack?? Really… Is this really what you wanna do??” BroJack said, “Enough talk. Let’s end this!!” BroJack flew at them with extra-ordinary speed, but Manuel was able to see it and countered his attack and the fight began. The Z Fighters took turns to battle BroJack. However, as they battled him, BroJack managed to defeat all of them. Making a harsh decision, Manuel decided to just let them be and try to defeat this threat that seemed to be impossible. Manuel, Valmar and Goku were the only ones left standing. BroJack said, “I’m getting tired of facing amateurs… I want the real fighters… Come on… Why don’t you all fight me at once?!” Manuel looked at them and they had the expression on their faces that said we don’t have a choice. Soo, Manuel, Valmar, and Goku powered up and flew at BroJack. They all tried to take down BroJack, but he managed to beat them all down. They were on the ground, trying to get back up. BroJack said, “Ha ha ha!! You see?! You can’t defeat me…” Manuel finally lifted his head up from the ground, wiped the blood from his face and mouth and said, “Heh… As cocky and arrogant as you are, BroJack… You miscalculated on one thing…” BroJack said, “That I should’ve ended this a lot sooner?!” Suddenly, Goku said, “No… I just realized this too…” Valmar said, “You may have achieved fusion and may have been able to defeat most of us…” Manuel said, “But, like all things, it comes to an end… And your time is up.” BroJack started to laugh, until he felt a tug and suddenly, Broly and BoJack were back to their own selves. Manuel, Valmar, and Goku got back up and powered to their highest limit and started to concentrate their energy. As they were concentrating their energies, BoJack and Broly tried to attack them, but a barrier was stopping them. They decided to fly away and escape, but due to the concentration combined, BoJack and Broly were frozen in their tracks. Manuel said, “Not this time, will you be able to escape. Now you guys!!” Suddenly, all three of them stood side-by-side and started to form the same stance. Altogether, they said, “KaaaaaammmeeeeeehhhhaaaaaammmmeeeeeeEEEEHHAAAAAAA” They blasted their Kamehameha Waves at BoJack and Broly and utterly destroyed them into nothing. Once they disintegrated, Manuel, Valmar, and Goku powered down and just about collapsed on the ground. Manuel reached into his pocket and pulled out three senzu beans and said, “Hey, guess what… I have senzu beans in my pocket…” Manuel gave one to Valmar, on his right, and to Goku, on his left. They ate the bean and they felt their energy flowing through them and managed to stand back up. Manuel said, “Well, let’s gather up the bodies and head back to Roshi’s island…” Valmar and Goku gathered them up and teleported to Roshi’s island. Manuel was trying to figure out on how he could resurrect them, until he had an idea. Suddenly, Manuel teleported to Roshi’s island.

Once back on Roshi’s island, reunions were a bit short, because of all the deaths that has happened. Manuel said, “I have one more idea that should work…” Manuel walked a little ways and stopped. Manuel summoned his staff and started to concentrate his power into the staff. As he muttered a saying, suddenly the shards of all seven Dragonballs started to appear before him. After summoning the shards, Manuel continued to concentrate his power and the shards were restoring the seven Dragonballs to their original forms and power. The seven Dragonballs were reformed and Manuel held his hand over them and said, “Eternal Dragon, I summon you!!” Suddenly, the sky turned black and lightning strikes were occurring everywhere. The Dragonballs started to glow their orange color and the Eternal Dragon, known as Shenron, appeared before them. Shenron said in his low voice, “I am the Eternal Dragon. You have three wishes. Make them now.” Goku shouted, “Shenron, can you bring back the Z Fighters and all the humans that were killed in this battle??” Shenron’s eyes glowed a bright yellow and reverted back. Shenron said, “It has been done.” Suddenly, the Z Fighters started to move around and make noises. Manuel thought to himself and said, “Shenron, I wish for you to answer this question.” Shenron said, “Ask your question, Great Sage.” Manuel said, “Who is this Bluish Figure that knows me??” Shenron said, “I cannot tell you such knowledge, but I can tell you this… This Bluish Figure that you have seen when you first awakened as The Great Sage is your apprentice. Now, make your third wish.” Manuel said, “Ok, answer this question. Why was I chosen as The Great Sage??” Shenron said, “The Gods once chose a certain being to control what the Gods could not. As the Gods watched over him and saw how much he has progressed, they gave him a mission to carry out. That mission was to create the Seven Sages. After The Great Sage found six others that were up to his standards of magic and power and knowledge, the Seven Sages were born. That is all I will reveal.” Manuel said, “Shenron, that isn’t fair. I already know all of this… What else can you tell me?” After Shenron disappeared, his voice said, “Ask your other-side… He was one of the original Seven Sages when The Great Sage was chosen.” Manuel looked at Valmar and said, “Val…” Valmar said, “Now’s not the time to talk… We’re both exhausted.” Manuel didn’t argue that, because he was tired from that battle. Manuel and Valmar waved good-bye and disappeared back onto the ship, still in high orbit.

Once back on the ship, Manuel said, “Come on, Valmar… Tell me…” Valmar sighed and said, “Yes, I am one of the original Seven Sages.” Manuel said, “And when were you going to tell me?!” Valmar said, “When you were ready to know about this past history.” Manuel said, “But, that doesn’t truly answer my question on why I was chosen…” Valmar was walking into his room, but continued to say, “The Great Sage told me, just before the battle, to find someone that looks just like him and stay with him… His words meant possess him and lay dormant inside his soul until the time was right to reveal.” Valmar just shut his door, but Manuel said, “Soo, The Great Sage chose me…” Valmar said, “No. I did. He instructed me to lead you to the Staff of Sages, and it was there that you learned about your Apprentice. Now I will tell you this…” Manuel stood there, waiting for him to say what he was going to say. Valmar sighed and continued, “Your Apprentice was one of the other original Seven Sages. And, when the time is right, you will know that the others were the original Seven Sages, as well. You know that I am, along with your Bluish Figure, from the original Seven Sages.” Manuel said, “Soo, it’s me, you, and the Bluish Figure… Would it be technical to say that I am from the original Seven Sages as well??” Valmar laughed and said, “Now you’re getting it…” Manuel said, “But, who are the other 4?” Valmar didn’t answer. Manuel said, “Nevermind it. I’m gonna go check the computer to see if we have another transmission.” Manuel walked into the computer room and saw that a transmission was waiting to be opened. Manuel opened it and Sora and King Mickey were on screen. Sora said, “Great Sage, we need your help.” King Mickey said, “We wish we could tell you about the situation, but it’s too confidential over the transmission…” Suddenly, the transmission was cut off. Manuel downloaded the coordinates and set the course for the ship. Manuel went back into his room and just laid down on his bed. Moments later, Manuel was asleep. Once the coordinates were downloaded, the ship blasted off for its set-course.

Chapter Nine - The Final Keyblade Master

As the ship was flying through the universe, Manuel finally woke up from his slumber and decided to just get out and get ready. After getting on his robes and getting his Staff of Sages, he ventured from his room into the living room. Sitting on the couch, Valmar seemed to be in a deep concentration of thought. Manuel sat down next to him and said, “What seems to be on your mind…” Valmar said, “Have you ever thought of deciding to stop all this and find something else to do??” Manuel said, “You mean, leave the Sages and start a new adventure??” Valmar said, “Exactly. Leave the Sages and begin a new adventure.” Manuel said, “Is that what you want??” Valmar looked at Manuel and said, “Yes. It’s exactly what I want…” Manuel was surprised that Valmar wanted out and to start a new adventure. Suddenly, Manuel said, “This is about her… Isn’t it, Valmar…” Valmar nodded his head. Manuel said, “Ah I see. Don’t worry… You will get your chance to start your own adventure…” Valmar said, “Are you sure??” Manuel said, “Yeah. I think it’s time you go find her and then you will be able to come back and we can continue to find the rest of the Sages.” Valmar said, “And we will find the Sages.” Before Manuel could agree, the alarm went off and they quickly got up and rushed into the Teleportation Room. Manuel said, “Computer, teleport us to King Mickey’s current location.” The Computer Voice said, “As you wish, Manuel. Teleporting you to King Mickey’s current location: The Disney Castle.” With a bright white flash, Manuel and Valmar disappeared from the ship.

After appearing inside the Disney Castle, they were quickly attacked by Heartless. Manuel and Valmar managed to fight their way to Mickey and Sora’s location. After finding stronger Heartless in the Study Room, Manuel and Valmar managed to find Sora and Mickey. After defeating all the Heartless in the room, Manuel said, “Where is everyone else??” Sora said, “They were defeated by whoever has appeared onto these worlds.” Valmar said, “What do you notice different about these typical Heartless??” Manuel examined one of the stronger Heartless and saw that it had a different symbol. Suddenly, Manuel said, “I know this symbol… I can’t remember who, but I know I’ve seen this symbol before…” Sora said, “Let’s head to Radiant Garden. We need to see if anyone is alive there.” They all agreed and fought their way to where their Gummi Ship was. Once on board, they blasted off to Radiant Garden. Once they landed, they saw that no one was in animation. It was as though time had come to an abrupt end for Radiant Garden. Suddenly, Manuel heard this voice say, “Manuel... Go to the End of Radiant Garden…” Suddenly, Manuel said, “Let’s go to the End of Radiant Garden.” Without really arguing, all four of them battled their way to the End of Radiant Garden. They saw thousands of Heartless that had Keyblades for weapons. Suddenly, a black-hooded figure appeared and was in the air. The hooded figure said, “Long time, no see… Brother…” Manuel finally knew who it was. Manuel said, “Nathan… It’s been too long since we last fought…” Nathan said, “Yes, but this time, I have the upper hand…” Manuel said, “Also, this time, I will not make the same mistake by letting you live…” Nathan said, “Ha. That all depends on if you can defeat me, this time…” Nathan threw out his hand and the Heartless went running towards them all. All four of them were ready and once they clashed with the Heartless Army, they defended themselves as long as they could. King Mickey was the first to fall. Then, Sora was defeated. Valmar lost control of his Keyblade and was defeated. Only left with himself, Manuel knew that this war wasn’t a possible win. With the last of his power that he had left, Manuel just exploded into the air, sending himself into the vastness of outer space. Suddenly, Manuel lost conscience and his body landed at The World That Never Was.

Finally waking up from being un-conscience, Manuel managed to get up and start to walk around. Manuel was able to figure out where he landed and went to find the Study Room. After searching many rooms and portals, Manuel found the Study Room. Manuel kept looking through the books and scrolls to find a possible way to defeat his brother. Though no luck finding something, Manuel did find a book and told about how a power could be achieved. As Manuel read the book, Manuel realized that he has the secret to defeating his brother. After making sure that he had everything he needed, Manuel headed outside of the Castle. However, many Heartless were appearing with Keyblades. After defeating many of them, Manuel jumped into the air and landed at the very top of the Castle. There waiting, was Nathan. Manuel said, “Nathan… This time, you will not escape. I will defeat you.” Nathan summoned his Keyblades and said, “Oh I don’t think soo…” Manuel summoned his double-Keyblades and said, “Oh yes I will. I will not let family memories get in the way…” Nathan said, “Then, let’s finish this.” Nathan flew at Manuel and Manuel countered his attack and the fight began. As they battled, slashing Keyblades and countering their attacks, Nathan kept on summoning Heartless to battle Manuel, while he was able to regain strength. Manuel decided to do the same thing and tapped into that dark power and started to summon his own Heartless to battle the Heartless and Nathan, while Manuel was able to regain his strength. After the Heartless were destroyed and Manuel and Nathan finally caught each other in a stalemate, Manuel said, “Nathan, like I said… You will not win this fight.” Slowly, Nathan figured out that Manuel was hiding something. Nathan flew off Manuel and went back a bit. Manuel said, “Here’s where it all ends…” Manuel threw his Keyblades at Nathan. Nathan managed to dodge them, but after he dodged them, Manuel was behind Nathan. Manuel picked up Nathan and slammed him into the center of the Castle. Suddenly, the Castle started to fall apart. Manuel and Nathan fell along with the Castle. The Castle broke into many, many pieces. Manuel managed to get out of the rubble and only saw Nathan’s arm hanging out of a big pile of rubble. Manuel made his way over to Nathan’s Keyblades and picked them up. Manuel said, “Like I said, Nathan… I will not lose.” Manuel managed to find his Keyblades very close by and just decided to teleport back to Radiant Garden. Nathan’s arm was still hanging out from the rubble. Suddenly, Nathan’s arm twitched and moved and gripped into a fist.

Back on Radiant Garden, Manuel was at the End of Radiant Garden. Manuel broke Nathan’s Keyblades and three hearts appeared and suddenly, Valmar, King Mickey, and Sora re-appeared. King Mickey said, “Soo, that hooded figure was your brother… I never knew…” Valmar said, “I didn’t even know you had a brother…” Manuel looked at Valmar and said, “On the ship… I will explain…” Valmar just nodded his head. Sora said, “Wait, what about everyone else??” Manuel said, “Hmm… If Nathan didn’t defeat them, then we have another person to find…” Sora said, “Who else can we find??” Suddenly, a keyhole appeared. Manuel saw the keyhole and said, “Hmm… That isn’t weird…” King Mickey and Sora looked and saw the keyhole. Valmar said, “Maybe it can be unlocked by your Keyblade??” Manuel said, “I don’t think so. Nathan wouldn’t’ve made it that easy…” Manuel tried to figure out an answer, until Valmar said, “Wait, doesn’t Nathan have another Keyblade??” Manuel said, “Yeah, it’s right here…” Manuel handed Nathan’s Keyblade to Valmar. Valmar said, “Now, hand me your Keyblade…” Manuel handed his Keyblade to Valmar. Valmar concentrated his magic and combined them together. Valmar said, “I figured he would try something like this…” Valmar turned to face the keyhole and threw the forged Keyblade into the keyhole. The Keyblade made it and suddenly an unlocking sound was overheard. Suddenly, the hearts started to appear and everyone started to re-appear. Sora and Mickey were re-uniting with Kairi, Riku, Donald, Goofy, and everyone else that Sora came across. Manuel turned to Valmar and said, “Let’s take our leave…” Valmar nodded his head and with what was said, Manuel and Valmar suddenly disappeared. Sora turned around and said, “Hey, where did Manuel and Valmar go??” King Mickey said, “They’re on a more important mission, Sora.” Riku said, “Yeah, it’s to restore the Seven Sages…” Kairi said, “Soo, won’t they be back??” King Mickey said, “I’m sure they will be… I mean, he’s gonna have to…” Suddenly, Mickey summoned an icicle blue scepter. Sora said, “Hey, isn’t that his Apprentice’s scepter??” Mickey said, “Yes, but this is for another time…” They all walked off to head back to Radiant Garden Town.

Back on the ship, Manuel and Valmar appeared and walked out from the teleportation room. Manuel said, “Who wants to go first??” Valmar turned to face him and said, “Got first in what??” Manuel said, “How did you know that my brother would pull such a stunt??” Valmar said, “Well, let’s just say that it wasn’t my first time facing him…” Valmar started to walk towards his room, when Manuel said, “How the hell did you face him?!” Valmar stopped in front of his door and said, “Me and The Great Sage of the Old once faced him, in a similar battle… I should’ve listened to him when The Great Sage told me that he would return again, once The Great Sage of the Present would return.” Manuel said, “Soo, my brother was The Great Sage’s brother’s descendant… Who’s to say that he won’t return again?!” Valmar said, “If he does return, then you will be facing him alone… I won’t be there next time. This I already know.” Then, Valmar went into his room and shut the door. Manuel didn’t know what to exactly think, but he made his way into the Computer Room to check and see if there were any new transmissions. Once Manuel turned on the computer, he saw that no transmissions were sent. Manuel was surprised. Once he was about to turn it off, a transmission was coming in. Before he answered it, Manuel said, “Figures… Once I think I have a small break…” Manuel activated the transmission and on screen was Praetor Artanis and Prelate Zeratul. Manuel said, “You better have a good enough explanation to contact me…” Zeratul said, “Our General… We need you back into battle… Zerg and Terran forces have re-gathered and are raging war and we got tangled in it again…” Manuel sighed and said, “Ok, Prelate. Have your Protoss allies ready and prepared. Once I appear, we’re going in and going in hard. The General out.” Manuel ended the transmission and downloaded the coordinates to the homeworld of Shakuras. Once the downloading commenced, Manuel shut down the computer room and went to his room. Finally getting out of his clothes and into his comfy clothes, Manuel went to lay down. Suddenly, he realized that he wasn’t tired. Manuel decided to get up and he walked to his computer and opened up a blank document and turned what his adventure in Kingdom Hearts was like into a story. Manuel decided to open up more documents and chronicle his previous adventures. He finished them and his chapters were: “Chapter 1 – The Battle Between Good and Evil,” “Chapter 2 – The Precursor World,” “Chapter 3 – The Lost Adventure,” “Chapter 4 – Meeting of the Old,” “Chapter 5 – Hidden Powers From the Past,” “Chapter 6 – The Grand Adventures,” “Chapter 7 – The Fight of All Missions,” and “Chapter 8 – Shadows from the Past.” After saving the documents, he almost forgot about his latest chronicle. Manuel started to re-read the chronicle and thought about a good title. After thinking of many names, he scrolled to the top and typed in, “Chapter 9 – The Final Keyblade Master.” Manuel checked the duration of how long it would take to get to Shakuras, and the computer gave him an exact time of 12 hours and 09 minutes. Manuel decided to lay back down, because he finally got tired from typing. Manuel shut down his computer and went to bed. Feeling accomplished of chronicling his adventures, Manuel was able to finally get a good night sleep. Once Manuel fell asleep, the Bluish Figure appeared. The Bluish Figure laid down next to Manuel and rested upon him. Manuel wrapped his arms around the Bluish Figure and he felt even more relaxed. The ship was flying through space, heading to their next destination.

Chapter Ten - The Final Frontier

While the ship was still flying through space, Manuel and Valmar were fast asleep. Finally waking up, Manuel got dressed and exited his room. Still tired, Manuel just sat down in the living room. Manuel thought about making breakfast, but he didn’t exactly have the energy to do much. Suddenly, Valmar’s voice came from behind him, “Is something bothering you??” Manuel said, “I don’t know, Val… There’s a lot on my mind, as of late. I don’t exactly know what to really think…” Valmar said, “This is about that Bluish Figure, isn’t it…” Manuel said, “I don’t exactly know… Like, I know she exists. I understand that she’s my apprentice. But, I feel another presence… Like, another apprentice exists…” Valmar said, “Don’t worry. You will find out what is hidden. However, I won’t be there to help you through what happens.” Manuel said, “What does happen…” Valmar said, “As much as I want to tell you and warn you…” Manuel said, “It would cause an alternate change that wasn’t meant to exist… I know. I just I knew what I was going through, fully…” Valmar sat down and said, “Well, you’re going through a change, both physically and mentally. You’ve been on quite a few missions, thus far. You’re slowly realizing your power and abilities. However, as much as you are able to withstand this new stage, your body and mind are still trying to get adjusted to it.” Manuel said, “However, will I be able to withstand the trials ahead… I sense harder trials… Ones that can even destroy what I have been able to figure out and unlock.” Valmar said, “Well, if that time comes, you better make the right decisions…” Valmar got up and started to walk away. Manuel said, “How will I know the right decisions??” Valmar stopped and gave a big sigh. Valmar turned around and said, “Look, The Great Sage that I remember knows this. If he is faced with one situation that only has two options that don’t equal success, he finds a third option. Thus far, that third option, that wasn’t meant to exist, saved us. I don’t plan on seeing that logic fail you, this time…” Valmar turned back around and walked back into his room. Manuel pondered on what Valmar told him. Suddenly, the alarm went off and Manuel went to the computer room. Manuel checked if there was a new transmission, but it was just the alarm to let them know that they are at their destination. Manuel de-activated the alarm and went back to let Valmar know. As Manuel walked down the hallway to the teleportation room, Valmar met up with him. Manuel said, “Ready??” Valmar said, “I would be more ready, if I knew who we were helping.” Once they were in the teleportation room, Manuel said, “Computer, teleport us to Zeratul’s current location.” The Computer Voice said, “As you wish, Manuel. Teleporting to Zeratul’s current location: the Protoss Nexus.” With a bright white flash, Manuel and Valmar were gone from the ship.

Manuel and Valmar appeared on the homeworld of Shakuras, inside the Nexus of the Protoss Army. Protoss Probes were looking at them, wondering how they appeared. Manuel said, “Where’s Zeratul and Artanis??” The Probes didn’t answer, because they didn’t realize that it was their old General that they were talking to. Valmar said, “I thought Probes were to obey every command…” Manuel said, “They are… But, these are probably the new updated Probes… I wouldn’t assume them to know or even remember who ‘The General of the Protoss’ was…” An older model of the Probes came walking and saw that The General was alive and well. The Probe said, “Ah!! I thought you died, General…” Manuel said, “No, I have been away for a very very long time… Soo, these are the new models??” The Probe said, “Yes, and as you probably figured out, they don’t know who The General of the Protoss is…” The Probe went to the computer and got a transmission sent to Zeratul and Artanis, alerting them that The General has returned. Within seconds, Zeratul and Artanis came walking in the Nexus and saw them standing. Zeratul said, “Far too long, it has been since we last saw you…” Manuel said, “Now’s not the time for introductions and old-times… What is the current situation??” Artanis said, “Not here. In a more private quarters, we must speak.” Manuel and Valmar followed Artanis and Zeratul to a more private room to talk. Once the door was shut, Manuel said, “That bad, is it…” Artanis said, “Sadly, yes. The Zerg forces have gotten stronger and faster. As for the Terrans, we thought they were all on sides.” Zeratul took out photos and showed them to Manuel and Valmar. Manuel said, “I guess they used the Terrans to test out their new creatures…” Valmar said, “What kind of Zerg could make this kind of attack??” Artanis said, “As far as we know, these new Zerg hybrids are fused with powers that couldn’t really be explained. However, we already figured out their weakness.” Zeratul showed them the picture of a Terran nuke, destroying a Zerg hybrid base. Valmar said, “Soo, we would have to raid the Terran campgrounds and find if they have any nuclear silos left…” Manuel said, “If I remember correctly about the Terrans, they created another base, fully equipped with Supply Depots and Silos. Our only thing is trying to find where the secret base is…” Zeratul said, “I can send Scouts out to try and find anything.” Manuel said, “Nay. I will go explore, myself. Valmar shall accompany me.” Artanis said, “Are you sure, General?? You won’t need back-up??” Manuel said, “I’m hurt, Artanis. Do you not trust your old General??” Artanis said, “I do, but it’s been a very long time since you’ve battled with us…” Manuel said, “Have trust in your old General, Artanis. I will radio in when I have found that hidden base.” Without letting them answer, Manuel and Valmar left the room and exited out of the Nexus. They navigated their way through the base and managed to exit. While they were walking, Manuel said, “Wow, I wonder what those hybrids are actually made of.” Valmar said, “Especially when they were able to take out the entire Terran army… Makes me wonder, myself.” While they wondered around the planet surface, trying to find that terran base, they encountered many zerg enemies. Manuel and Valmar were able to defeat them easily, without even taking much damage. Finally coming up to a small place to rest, Manuel stumbled upon a trip wire and suddenly a gate opened. Manuel and Valmar quickly grabbed their stuff and ran inside the gate. Once it shut, lights came on. Many Supply Depots and abandoned Nuclear Silos were found beyond the gate. Manuel said, “Ah. Soo, here’s where they hid them…” Valmar said, “Shall we??” Manuel nodded his head and they started to get the Supply Depots and Nuclear Silos operational. Once all of them were operational, Manuel contacted Zeratul and Artanis on the Terran computer screen. Zeratul and Artanis appeared on the screen. Manuel said, “We found the terran hidden base and everything is up and operational.” Valmar said, “We have over 25 nukes ready to be deployed.” Artanis said, “Well, have them on standby, because we are receiving massive zerg locations from every side of the base.” Manuel said, “Once they breach, engage. Don’t hold back anything. We will be there asap. The General out.” Manuel ended the transmission and destroyed the computer. Valmar said, “Soo, how we getting back, this time??” Manuel said, “I figure we just teleport and start attacking, really hard.” Valmar said, “Sounds very fun.” Manuel and Valmar concentrated and suddenly disappeared. As soon as Manuel and Valmar disappeared, the Bluish Figure appeared. The Bluish Figure said, “Ah, I see they did find it… I will just stay here and make sure it stays operational.” Suddenly, Zerg enemies started to attack the outside of the walls. The Bluish Figure summoned her staff and attacked the Zerg enemies with one attack. The Bluish Figure said, “Wow, I haven’t truly battled in a very long time… That was fun…” The Bluish Figure attacked any and all Zerg enemies that tried to take out the Silos and Supply Depots, while Manuel and Valmar helped the Protoss army.

Zeratul and Artanis were being under heavy attacks, until Manuel and Valmar appeared and started attacking every Zerg enemy. After eliminating most of them, Manuel said, “I don’t know when they will be sending the hybrids, but once they do, I want all of you to head to the Warp Gate. It will teleport you to a nearby planet.” Valmar said, “If our calculations are correct, once we eliminate all of the Zerg enemies, they will send in every last hybrid to destroy us all. We plan to use the nukes to destroy them all, including ourselves.” Zeratul said, “We can’t leave you two to do such things.” Suddenly, they all heard a shriek echo through the battle. The hybrids started to run into the base, faster than any Zerg enemy ever seen. Manuel said, “No time to argue such matters, Zeratul.” Manuel magically made a Warp Gate and made it active. Artanis said, “We are not leaving without you…” Valmar said, “This is not a debate, Artanis.” Manuel said, “I agree.” Manuel and Valmar held up their hands towards Zeratul and Artanis and magically blasted them through the Warp Gate. After that was done, Manuel immediately destroyed the Warp Gate. Valmar said, “Death in the very end, eh??” Manuel said, “Death in the very end, Valmar.” Manuel and Valmar jumped up to the top of the Nexus. Valmar said, “Shall we??” Manuel nodded his head, while looking towards the sky. Manuel and Valmar both summoned their staff and concentrated their power, together, to send the nukes into the air. From the terran base, where the Bluish Figure was still fighting at, the nukes started to launch. The Bluish Figure saw all the nukes and said, “Wait, he’s not launching them one-by-one… What the hell is he thinking?!” The Bluish Figure lifted into the air to find where Manuel and Valmar were. Looking at them, standing on top of the Nexus, the Bluish Figure said, “He’s planning on taking out all those hybrids… But he will be destroying himself and Valmar in the process… I hope I can make it…” The Bluish Figure flew at Manuel and Valmar as fast as she could. She saw the nukes coming down, and she was still a few hundred yards away from Manuel and Valmar. The Bluish Figure saw that the nukes were falling really fast, soo she was pushing herself to fly faster. Manuel and Valmar just kept on concentrating on the nukes landing exactly where they were standing. The nukes were no more than a couple hundred feet away from them, with the Bluish Figure still hundreds of feet away. The Bluish Figure pushed whatever power she had into her flying abilities and managed to grab them, just seconds before the nukes landed. Once she grabbed them, she teleported them to the ship. The nukes landed on the Nexus, utterly destroying the entire Protoss base and the hybrids. The nuclear blast was soo powerful, it took out everything on half of the entire planet. Every Zerg hybrid was destroyed and in many many pieces. However, there was one Zerg hybrid that was still in-tact. Suddenly, a dark portal appeared and a figure walked out from it. The figure said, “Well, now I learned my first lesson about these hybrids… Make them stronger to withstand these Sages…” The figure grabbed the dead hybrid body and dragged it through the dark portal. The dark portal disappeared.

Manuel and Valmar awakened on the ship. Manuel said, “I thought that explosion would kill us…” Valmar said, “I thought the exact same… But, right when the nukes were about to strike, I felt like I was pushed off the Nexus.” Manuel said, “I felt the same, too…” Suddenly, the Bluish Figure appeared. Manuel said, “You pushed us off…” The Bluish Figure said, “Don’t ever!! Pull a stunt like that again!!” Then, the Bluish Figure disappeared. Manuel said, “Ok… I guess we can’t do that again…” Valmar said, “But, where’s the fun in that??” Manuel and Valmar laughed and got back up to their feet. Manuel said, “I’m gonna check on the transmissions.” Valmar said, “I’m gonna head to bed…” Manuel walked into the computer room, while Valmar walked into his room and shut his door. Manuel turned on the computer and saw that he had a new transmission. Manuel activated it and an old friend, named Sly Cooper, was on the screen. Sly Cooper said, “Hey there, bro. It’s Sly. I have two updates… The first one is that your homeworld of Earth was restored. And two is someone stole the Thieveous Raccoonus. Make haste to your homeworld and we will start our operation to find this band of thieves called, ‘The Heartless.’ Until we meet again brother…” Sly Cooper saluted and the transmission ended. Manuel closed it and opened a new transmission. Once Manuel was ready, he pressed record. Manuel said, “Hey there, Brother. It’s Manuel. I reviewed your transmission and I see that my homeworld was restored… As for the book being stolen, we will be able to get it back. And about this band of thieves called, ‘The Heartless…’ I know that band of thieves… I will further explain when I arrive. Until then, my brother…” Manuel saluted the same way Sly did and ended the transmission and set it back to Sly Cooper. Once the transmission was complete, Manuel said, “Computer…” The Computer Voice said, “Yes, Great Sage??” Manuel said, “Set our next destination to my homeworld of Earth.” The Computer Voice said, “As you wish. ETA: 16hours and 29minutes.” Manuel said, “Good. Alert me when it’s about at 2hours.” The Computer Voice said, “As you wish, Great Sage.” Manuel walked into his room and shut the door. Once Manuel got out of his clothes and into comfier ones, Manuel turned on his computer and opened a new document. He chronicled the adventure he just completed. After about 3-4 hours typing his adventure and once he finished it, he named the chapter, “Chapter 10 – The Final Frontier.” Once he proof-read it and made sure everything was complete, he saved it with the other chapters in an unnamed folder. Manuel turned off his computer and finally went to bed. Manuel fell straight to sleep. The ship was en-route to Manuel’s old homeworld, where he was awakened as The Great Sage.

Chapter Eleven - Operation: World Secrets

The ship was flying smoothly through the space, going through the familiar galaxy of the Milky Way. As much as the ship was smoothly going through the Milky Way Galaxy, Manuel wasn’t having a smooth dream. Suddenly, Manuel woke up with sweat on his head. Manuel felt his breath was short and his heart was racing. Manuel got out of bed and quickly turned on his computer. As he was waiting for his computer to turn on and log-in, he kept on thinking about his dream. After his computer was up and running, Manuel quickly opened a new document. His title at the top of the document said, “A Dream or A Prediction.” Manuel calmly took a breath and started to type. Manuel had a habit of speaking while he types. Manuel stated: “What a crazy dream, I just had. Just what happened?? Well, here’s what happened… I was re-united with my Apprentice. Her name was Michi. I never caught her full name, but I saw others as well. I managed to catch their names, as well. Their names were: Kaylee, Kim, Dani, and David. I tried to get a glimpse of this David, but I didn’t get a good view of his face. However, I recognized his swords. They were David’s. However, who is this Dani, Kim, and Kaylee?? Especially, who is this Michi?? I seen this Michi and she doesn’t look like the Bluish Figure I have seen. However, that wasn’t why I was breathing heavily and sweating. After what I saw, it was something I couldn’t even believe possible. I saw myself, destroying my own Apprentice. I understand that killing a Sage is the highest treason of any Sage. However, why would I do something like that, especially to my own Apprentice and Sages?? Then I realized that the place where I fighting at was exploding and falling apart. I ran outside and made it back to the ship and it blasted off. I didn’t get to see what happened after, because the explosion was soo powerful and real, it woke me out of the dream. As much as I want to remember more, I dare not explore this horrid dream. I am going to take my leave here…” Manuel saved the document as, “A Dream or A Prediction” in a new folder. Manuel felt really good about saving that document and after shutting down the computer, he decided to stay up and get ready. After getting his clothes, he decided to take a good and long shower. Once he got the water ready, Manuel shut the bathroom door. While Manuel was in the shower, Valmar woke up from his sleeping and also got up. After getting fully dressed, Valmar was about to walk out of his room until the Green Figure appeared. Valmar turned around and said, “Shadow… What are you doing here??” Shadow said, “You are ready. After this mission is over, I want you to come find me.” Valmar said, “After the mission is over??” The Green Figure said no more and disappeared. Valmar was wondering what she meant. Valmar walked out of his room and heard that the shower was going in Manuel’s room. Soo, feeling a bit bored, Valmar decided to check on the mission, thus far. Valmar walked into the computer room and activated the computers. Once they were fully awakened, Valmar sent a live invitation to Sly Cooper’s headquarters. Once Sly got the transmission, he quickly accepted it and viewed it. Valmar said, “Sly Cooper… It’s been way too long…” Sly said, “Ah, Valmar… Long time, no see as well… Where’s Manuel??” Valmar said, “Taking a long shower. Soo, what’s the current mission status??” Sly said, “We’ve managed to keep track on the Heartless gang to see if they’re planning to hit anymore places…” Valmar said, “Is this the gang that stole Manuel’s Thieveous Raccoonus??” Sly said, “Yes, it is the very same. And, we are still searching for the portal home…” Valmar said, “You still haven’t found it??” Sly said, “The last lead we had, lead us back to Manuel’s former house. Is that where you two are gonna land??” Valmar said, “Most likely. Soo, be ready.” Sly said, “Ok. We will be there.” Sly saluted Valmar and the transmission was cut. Valmar exited the computer room and headed for the living room. Suddenly, Manuel came walking out of his and said, “Soo, does Sly know we’re on our way??” Valmar said, “Yes he does. And they are stationed at your original home…” Manuel said, “Ah, that will be easier. Let’s be ready.” Valmar went back into his room and got ready. Manuel went to the control room of the ship. Manuel sat down behind the controls and gazed out of the front windows. Suddenly, Manuel saw his old house, coming into plain view. Manuel took the ship off of auto-pilot and decided to manually land the ship. Manuel commanded the ship steadily to land in the back-yard of his own house. Just as the ship was landing, on the surface of his back-yard, the back-yard started to open and form a landing pad. The ship landed on the landing pad and the pad brought the ship below the surface. The back-yard reformed into its original state and the ship was below the surface. Manuel docked the ship and powered it down. Manuel said, “Computer…” The Computer Voice said, “Yes Manuel??” Manuel said, “We are home. Convert yourself into the house computer mainframe…” The Computer Voice said, “Just like old times, right??” Manuel smiled and said, “Yes, just like old times… I’m sure you’ll remember all the precautions and whatnot…” The Computer Voice said, “As you wish, Manuel.” Suddenly, the entire ship just shut down and the house was re-acting to its computer systems finally turning back on. Manuel walked by Valmar’s room and knocked on the door. Valmar said, “Did we land??” Manuel said, “Yes, we have. Let’s go meet up with Sly and the others.” Valmar exited his room and started walking with Manuel. As Manuel and Valmar were walking through the ship and heading for the ramp, Manuel said, “Soo… You’re ready for the next adventure??” Valmar said, “Are you ready to stop this band of thieves that can use your own teachings and techniques against you??” Manuel laughed and said, “Are you ready to find your loved one??” Valmar looked at him and said, “How do you know about that??” Manuel said, “You’d be surprised on what my ears can catch… I may be old, but it doesn’t mean my hearing is lost…” Valmar said, “Soo you are starting to realize your age…” Manuel said, “Well, yeah Valmar… I’m only 16 years old.” They finally exited the ship and met up with Sly Cooper and the others in the living room of Manuel’s old house.

Manuel gathered drinks and snacks from his kitchen and handed them all to everyone that was there. After Manuel stood up, everyone else got quiet. Manuel said, “I welcome you all back to my old home. I see that Sly and Carmelita Cooper were able to make it here. Bently and Murray were able to join us, as well… Which would actually explain how Sly was able to contact me…” A few people laughed and Manuel continued, “However, now that we have finally gathered back together, we are in need to stop this band of thieves… It was bad enough that they were able to steal the Thieveous Raccoonus Book from Sly Cooper.” Sly said, “Now wait a minute… You created that book to steal… They aren’t abusing the book. They are simply using the contents of the book to better their thievery…” Manuel said, “Yes, I thought that same exact concept. However, I learned that this team is using the book for their personal use. Do you remember why I gave you that book??” Sly said, “To better my future??” Manuel said, “That and to use it wisely. You realized that you couldn’t truly use it, unless you had a cause. Remember how you managed to defeat Clockwerk, twice? Then remember when you defeated Dr. M??” Sly said, “Oh yeah, you do have a point… The moves and techniques I learned did help me defeat the ones that destroyed my family. Then the techniques also helped me defeat Dr. M and regain Cain Isle…” Manuel said, “Soo, this Heartless Gang is using the book for personal gain and to get revenge on what happened…” Carmelita said, “What happened??” Manuel said, “You see… I know who this band of thieves are… Though they have many helpers, the organization is ran by two people, used to be three. Their names are Michelle and Kaylee.” Sly said, “Well, who’s the third one??” Manuel said, “The one that founded the Heartless Gang… Me.” Sly said, “You taught them?!” Manuel said, “We did what we did for fun… But, when I was re-awakened as The Great Sage, I was forced to disappear. Michelle found out and she totally lost it. She came into power of the Heartless Gang and decided to use what I taught her for revenge for leaving her… However, I am ready to make that wrong a right.” Suddenly, an alarm went off. Manuel turned on his TV and turned it to his computer channel. Manuel viewed the alarm and saw that the two were attacking their own high school. Manuel said, “Not this time, Michelle… It appears to only be Michelle and Kaylee. Let’s hurry to the High School.” Without even speaking of tactics, they all ran outside, hopped inside Murray’s van, and drove to the High School. While Murray was driving, Manuel said, “Ok, this is how we do this. I know they will have their helpers about soo, I want Bently and Murray to take care of the helpers. Now, I want Sly and Carmelita to attack Kaylee. Don’t let her size fool. She’s one of my best blades. As for me and Valmar, we will go after Michelle. Michelle is my best student. She’s very knowledgeable in the Arts of the Sages. Valmar, we will have to watch her movements, because she will use what movements I taught her against us. Soo, once you see a pattern, memorize it and wait for the right moment.” Suddenly, the van was attacked. Manuel looked out the windows and saw that Michelle and Kaylee’s helpers were attacking the van. Manuel said, “Ok, that’s your cue, Bently and Murray. Take those helpers down, but don’t kill the, please…” Bently said, “No problem, Manuel. We can do that, easily.” Murray was soo pumped that he just burst out the door and started fighting with the helpers. Bently quickly joined him. Manuel said, “Ok, that’s our cue to go after Michelle and Kaylee.” Manuel, Valmar, Sly, and Carmelita ran from the van and went deeper into the high school grounds to find Michelle and Kaylee. Once they were at the fountain, Manuel realized that they were walking into a trap. Manuel said, “Quickly, Sly and Carmelita!! Go that way!!” Manuel pointed to the left of him and they found Kaylee, ready to jump. Sly and Carmelita started attacking Kaylee, but she was able to defend herself against them. Manuel turned around and blocked Michelle’s surprise attack that was aimed at Valmar. Valmar turned around and said, “Oh… My… I almost got knocked out…” Michelle moved her weapon and jumped back. Michelle said, “How did you know I was going to attack??” Manuel said, “Because, I know your attacks, Michelle. I taught you everything you’ve ever learned.” Michelle said, “Not possible. Manuel taught me everything, and though you look like him, he’s gone. He abandoned me, a long time ago.” Manuel said, “I am sorry for what happened. However, I came back to make things right and to reclaim my Thieveous Raccoonus Book.” Michelle said, “You mean, Manuel’s Book.” Manuel said, “I see you’re wearing a necklace.” Michelle said, “Yes, I am. It’s something that is the only remembrance of Manuel…” Michelle took it out from under her shirt and it was a wedding ring. Manuel said, “Soo, you still have it…” Manuel pulled out his necklace from around his neck and from underneath his robe and shirt, came out the same wedding ring that Michelle had. Michelle said, “That’s impossible. If you have our ring… Then, you must’ve killed him.” Michelle summoned her second Keyblade and was about to lung at them. Manuel said, “I see you have chosen your path. If you don’t believe that I came back…” Manuel threw his arms to his sides and summoned his Double Keyblades. Valmar summoned his Double Swords, as well. Manuel said, “Then, I have no choice, but to prove it.” Michelle jumped at them and they started to battle.

Manuel and Michelle were mainly fighting against each other. Whenever Valmar tried to jump in to give Manuel a small rest, Michelle would get even more crazier and wildly attack Valmar. Once Valmar was forced to back off, Michelle went back to fighting Manuel. Manuel has been able to deflect every attack that Michelle has tried to place on him. When Manuel and Michelle finally caught each other at a stalemate, they both moved their weapons and jumped back. Michelle said, “This battle shouldn’t have lasted this long… There has to be a logical explanation on how you’ve been able to deflect every single one of my moves.” Manuel said, “When are you going to believe that I was the one that taught you everything??” Michelle said, “When I defeat you… If you claim to be my husband, then let’s see how well you handle this…” Michelle threw her Keyblades at Manuel. Manuel threw his into the ground and caught both of them. Michelle tried to stab Michelle, but Manuel jumped over Michelle and landed behind her. Manuel quickly grabbed her and held her Keyblades to her throat, pinning her arms and legs down and keeping her body against his. Manuel said, “Does this seem familiar to you??” Michelle was stunned that this happened. Michelle said, “Only Manuel could’ve been able to dodge such as attack at high speeds…” Manuel leaned close to her neck and whispered into her ear, “How about when I whispered into your ear, giving you that urge to do something??” Michelle quickly turned around and kissed Manuel. Manuel dropped her Keyblades and held her in his arms. Valmar put away his swords, while Sly and Carmelita brought Kaylee over. Kaylee saw that Michelle was kissing Manuel. Kaylee said, “It is Manuel!!” Kaylee kicked off Sly and ran to Manuel and Michelle. She jumped into them, knocking them over in laughter. Manuel said, “Oh man, it’s really good to be back home. Come on, we have to get back home and catch up.” Everyone else met up with Murray and Bently at the van. They piled into the van and went back to Manuel’s house.

Once finally back home, Manuel made dinner for everyone. After bringing everyone back up to speed and current events, the Cooper Gang was about to leave. Manuel said, “Where are you going??” Sly said, “We have to get back on our own mission. We’re looking for the portal to home, and we tried to search this house, but it’s not here.” Manuel said, “That’s because I hid it. Duh…” Sly said, “Soo, you do have it here… When were you going to tell me??” Manuel said, “After our final mission…” Sly said, “What mission??” Manuel signaled them to sit down on the couch again. Manuel said, “Now, we have pulled off some of the greatest heists ever to be mentioned, Sly. However, though I retired after I gave you the book, it’s about time that I rejoin and complete one final mission…” Sly said, “To work along side my brother again… It would be an honor.” Manuel said, “Then, let’s make sure we have this completely done.” Michelle said, “What is this mission??” Manuel said, “Now, we know that the current president has been running this country into the ground, as of late. Though he claims to be doing a great job, I think it’s time we take control of what is left of this country…” Michelle said, “Are you crazy?!” Manuel said, “We should complete this mission, before he runs this country becomes a third-world country.” Kaylee said, “I agree. I’m in.” Kaylee got up and walked to stand with Manuel. Sly, Carmelita, Bently, and Murray stood and walked to stand with Manuel, as well. Valmar said, “I might as well. I’m sure you’ll need one more technical expert.” Valmar got up and walked to stand with Manuel. Michelle sighed and said, “What if we get caught??” Manuel said, “Getting caught isn’t an option, Michelle. If you don’t want, then I’m not forcing you to.” Michelle said, “No. We were married for one main reason. And that reason was to remain at each other’s side for eternity and longer. Soo, since you’re really ready for this…” Michelle stood up and said, “I am in this mission, as well. I’m sure you can use one more stealth master.” Manuel said, “Okay then, after me gang.” Everyone followed Manuel up the stairs and into the Master Room of the house. Manuel led them into the closet room and he shut the door. Manuel moved some clothes and pushed a button. Suddenly, the closet room transformed into an elevator and it started to move downward. Sly said, “You’ve been busy…” Manuel said, “Actually, I had to completed, after I retired. Why do you think Bently found the house easily?? I knew we would meet back up again…” Suddenly, the elevator came to a stop and the walls opened. They all looked around and saw many computer screens, many televisions, a big screen projection, and much more electronics were in a room, that Manuel called, “The Head-Quarters of the World.” Bently said, “I have never seen soo much technology in one room before.” Sly said, “Bently, Manuel is a technical guru. He probably had a lot of time to get all this completed.” Manuel said, “Enough small talk. We have to execute this mission, soon…” Manuel logged into his computer and brought up the file onto the big screen. Manuel said, “As far as I’m concerned, we all have to make sure that this President is stopped. Now, here’s what we do…” Manuel unraveled his well-thought mission objectives and everyone was ready to complete this mission. After the meeting was over, Manuel said, “Are we all ready??” They all nodded and Manuel said, “Then, we leave now.” Everyone hurried to the ship and once everyone was strapped in, Manuel launched the ship and flew it to Washington D.C.

Once they were entering the D.C. area, the cloaking device activated and their ship made its way to a house. As the ship slowed down and hovered above an abandoned house, Manuel and the others made their way to the Teleportation Room. Once everyone was inside, Manuel manually teleported them down to the house. Valmar said, “You forgot to tell your computer to transfer back into the ship, didn’t you…” Manuel said, “No actually. I wanted the computer to get used to the house controls again. I have a feeling I’m gonna be here for a long while.” Once they set-up their equipment, everyone rested for the rest of the morning and the afternoon soo they could be ready for the mission at night. Manuel was the first to wake up. Manuel went to move, but he felt a tug at this arm. Manuel looked and he saw Michelle, laying on his arm. Manuel forgot that he finally has someone to lay down with again, soo he decided to just rest and lay there until Michelle was ready to get up. Within minutes, Michelle was waking up. Manuel said, softly, “Good evening, Michelle.” Michelle turned around and gave Manuel a kiss and said, “Good evening, Manuel.” They both kissed and got out of bed. Manuel was debating if he should wake the others, but he decided not to. Manuel saw that Sly and Carmelita were laying together. Manuel said, “At one point, I thought that the site of them dating wasn’t meant to happen.” Michelle said, “What exactly changed your mind??” Manuel pointed at them and said, “They are soo perfect for each other. They have been chasing each other and finally, when they were alone and dancing, they let everything out and they made it official.” Suddenly, the alarm was going off and everyone was waking up. Manuel walked over to his computer and silenced the alarm. Everyone got up and started to walk around to wake up more. Manuel said, “30 minutes until we execute this mission.” Everyone started to wake up and get ready. Some of them threw some cold water on their face to help wake up. Once everyone was dressed, geared up, and ready, Manuel said, “Ok, my team. Now, we make our way to the White House. According to this time schedule, the President should still be in the White House, in the Oval Office.” Manuel signaled them to follow closely behind him. Once they left that abandoned house, they dodged much security and guards that patrolled the White House. Once they were able to get inside, Manuel went to one of the computers and quickly hacked it to make sure the alarm doesn’t go off. After the alarm was deactivated, Manuel signaled them to scout out the area and make out any guards, silently. After making sure no guards were coming, Manuel had them closely follow him and they made their way into the main computer room. Manuel and Bently teamed up and hacked the computers to deactivate everything that has a connection into the Oval Office. After Manuel signaled them to scout out the area again and to move to the Oval Office, Manuel quickly took apart the tower and placed a device into the mainframe of the computer. Manuel quickly accessed his home computer and established a direct line into the White House and any other computer system in the world. Manuel quickly met up with the team and they finally reached the Oval Office door. Manuel said, “Ok, as soon as I open this door, close all windows and deactivate all the lights, except for the lamp on his desk. Ready…” Manuel quickly threw open the door and everyone rushed in and quickly covered the windows. The President noticed and was about to scream for help. Valmar quickly covered his mouth. Manuel shut the door and magically sound-proofed the room. Manuel nodded his head and Valmar let go of the President. The President said, “What are you all doing here?!” Manuel said, “We will be doing the talking from here, Mr. President.” Manuel sat down in one of the chairs and Michelle sat in his lap. Sly sat down in the opposite chair and Carmelita sat in his lap too. Kaylee stood next to Manuel’s chair and Bently and Murray stood with Sly. Manuel said, “We want control of this nation. Not total, though. We believe most of your power and positions should be in better hands.” The President kept looking around and pressing his panic buttons, under the desk. Michelle said, “Don’t even try. The camera’s are deactivated and the buttons are disabled.” Manuel said, “Now, are you willing to listen, Mr. President??” The President said, “Soo, you truly thought everything through huh…” Manuel said, “Answer my question.” The President said, “Ok, tell me what you want.” Sly said, “Me and Carmelita was total control of the agencies. FBI, CIA, DoD, NSA, every police agency in this country. They are better under our control.” The President said, “Hmm…” Kaylee said, “I want total control of the money. As in, I finalize every single deal that has to do with money.” The President said, “Now, wait a minute…” Manuel said, “And me and Michelle want total control of all military commands. National Guard, Special Operations, Army, the Marines, all of them.” The President was quiet for a while. Manuel said, “Well??” The President said, “That’s a lot of my power. I don’t think I will do such terrorism threats.” Manuel laughed and said, “You think we’re terrorists?? That’s funny. Soo, you will sign this, giving us all the powers we have demanded. You will remain President, but anything that happens with police, military, and/or money deals… That will be through us.” The President looked at the document and read it. The President said, “Soo, I sign this and all commands that are listed are no longer my power.” Manuel said, “Correct.” The President decided to see if his plan will work and he signed it. Manuel said, “Very good, Mr. President.” Suddenly, the door busted open and the guard said, “Are you ok, Mr. President??” The President was wondering how they disappeared soo quickly and into darkness, but he said, “Yes, I am. Just trying to figure out the alarms and system stuff to figure out how to reverse it, remotely.” Back in the abandoned house, Manuel and the team re-appeared. Michelle said, “What just happened??” Manuel said, “I sensed the guards figured out our trick and they came running in. Soo, I telepathically teleported everyone out, before we were caught.” Sly said, “I just thought of something. How can we police the world when we will be in our original home??” Manuel said, “I have an idea… But, let’s get back to the ship and back home.” Manuel activated the Teleportation Room and everyone re-appeared in the ship. Everyone went back to the front of the ship and Manuel blasted the ship all the way back home. Once they were back in the hangar of Manuel’s house, they ventured back into the house. Manuel said, ‘Ok, it’s time for us to get some sleep.” Sly said, “Uhh, Manuel… Aren’t you gonna show us where you hid the portal??” Manuel thought for a few seconds and said, “Oh yeah.” Manuel walked them to one of the empty rooms and tapped certain parts on the wall to reveal the portal. Sly said, “Very smart, Manuel.” Manuel pulled a small hard drive from his pocket and said, “Bently, take this.” Bently grabbed the hard drive and said, “What exactly is this??” Manuel said, “Just install it into a new computer that Sly and Carmelita can use. It’s for them.” They all walked through the portal and Manuel closed off the portal. Manuel said, “Now, it’s time, Valmar.” Manuel signaled for them to follow him and they followed him to the backyard of his house. Once they were outside, Manuel held out his hand and the ground was moving. After the ground was parted, a platform with a smaller ship came rising up. Manuel said, “It is time for you to find her, Valmar. Go. Go find Shadow.” Valmar said, “How did you…” Manuel pointed to his head. Valmar said, “Ah. I know. I forgot. Ok. I hope to see you all again.” Valmar shook Manuel’s hand. Valmar climbed into the ship and Valmar waved good-bye and took off. Manuel held out his hand and the ground was normal again. Manuel said, “Now… Let us all get some sleep.” Manuel, Michelle, and Kaylee were walking to their rooms, when the alarm went off. Manuel said, “What now??” Manuel activated the TV in his room and he saw that he had a transmission. Manuel opened the transmission and his long-time friend, David, was on the screen. David said, “Yo, Bubba. It’s David. We have a bad problem here, in Haven City. A dark portal has appeared and chaos has flipped my town around. I know you have an expertise in this kind of dark magic stuff, soo, get you, Michelle, and Kaylee’s butt over here and help me. Krimson, King of Haven out.” The transmission ended. Manuel said, “Ok. Looks like we’re sleeping on the ship. Computer, convert back onto the ship again.” The Computer Voice said, “As you wish, Manuel.” Suddenly, the house powered down. Manuel said, “Ok, we’re going on another adventure.” They grabbed their gear and went to the ship, below the house. Once they were set, Manuel blasted the ship into space and let it hover. Manuel said, “Computer, take us to Haven City, please.” The Computer Voice said, “As you wish, Manuel. ETA at Haven City: 16 hours and 38 minutes.” Suddenly, the ship took off. Manuel said, “Ok, Kaylee… Umm, you can sleep in my room, on another bed.” They all went into Manuel’s room. Michelle laid down on Manuel’s bed, and Manuel was able to conjure up a bed for Kaylee. Manuel gave Kaylee a kiss on her forehead and said, “Good night, Kaylee.” Kaylee quickly fell asleep. Manuel turned off the lights and laid down in his bed, with Michelle. They all fell asleep, while the ship was quietly and gently flying through space to Haven City.

Chapter Twelve - Another Side, Another Story

As the ship flew through space to a familiar world of Manuel’s mind, Manuel, Michelle, and Kaylee were fast asleep. Kaylee awakened and decided to walk around and see what was on Manuel’s ship. Kaylee was wondering around the ship, when she came across the Computer Room. She saw that there was a flashing red light. Knowing her curiosity, she went inside the Computer Room. She pushed the red light and it activated a transmission on the computer screen. On the screen, David appeared. Kaylee didn’t say anything, but stared at the computer screen. David laughed and said, “Ah, this must be Kaylee.” Kaylee finally said, “How do you know me??” David said, “Manuel has a very broad mind of knowledge. He once told me about meeting his Apprentice and another girl named Kaylee. I think he said that her name was Michelle??” Kaylee said, “Wow, he really does know what he says.” David said, “I should know. I’ve known him for the longest of times. Anyways, I can see that his ship is close.” Kaylee said, “Yeah, him and Michelle are still asleep…” David said, “Is that true, Manuel??” Kaylee turned around and saw Manuel and Michelle, dressed and fully ready to go. Manuel said, “I don’t think soo… But, I do know that Kaylee better get ready soon or we may leave without her…” Michelle laughed a bit. Kaylee just gave them a glare and went to Manuel’s room to get her attire and weapons ready. Manuel said, “Did she activate your transmission, Krimson??” David said, “Yeah, I figured it was you, but when she appeared, she didn’t say anything… Just like what you said before, about that vision you once had.” Manuel said, “Yes, I remember telling you that. Well, there’s no need for introductions, now is there…” David said, “Nope, and we can skip it anyways. Like I said, this Dark Portal just appeared and now… Well, once you get here, you will understand what’s going on.” Michelle said, “It’s not a Dark Portal I sense. I sense a Dark Door. I can sense it near your castle, David.” Manuel said, “Hmm, I sense the same, but we have no time to concentrate on it. Krimson, we will be there shortly. The Great Sage out.” Manuel ended the transmission and shut his computer down. Manuel and Michelle were walking out of the Computer Room, when Kaylee came almost running into them with her weapons. Kaylee said, “Ok, I’m ready now.” Manuel smiled and said, “Well, let’s down there and close this Dark Door that Michelle can sense.” They walked into the Teleportation Room. Manuel said, “Computer, teleport us to the waterway of Haven City.” The Computer Voice said, “You don’t want to teleport to David’s current position??” Manuel said, “It’s not David what I’m worried about. If what he says is true, our first objective is to search through the city.” The Computer Voice said, “As you wish, Manuel. Teleporting to the waterway of Haven City.” With a blind white light, Manuel, Michelle, and Kaylee were gone from the ship. Though the ship was left empty, the bright Blue Light appeared from the Living Room of the ship. The Bluish Figure said, “Hmm, I didn’t need to come back here, soo why did I??” The Bluish Figure walked into Manuel’s room and saw the second bed. The Bluish Figure left Manuel’s room and walked into the Computer Room. The Bluish Figure said, “Computer, replay the video footage from at least 17 hours ago.” The Computer Voice said, “As you wish…” The Bluish Figure said, “Please, don’t say my name. Just show me the footage.” On one of the computer screens, the video footage was playing that was recorded from inside the ship. The Bluish Figure fast forwarded and saw that Manuel, Michelle, and Kaylee were boarding. The Bluish Figure said, “I see Manuel, Michelle, and Kaylee… All Sages of the Seven, but I don’t see Valmar. What happened to him??” The Bluish Figure closed the footage and shut off the computer screen. She made her way to Valmar’s Room. She turned the doorknob and learned that it wasn’t protected by his spells. The Bluish Figure walked inside and saw that it was still clean, but nothing was really inside. She saw all the pictures of Valmar and his true love. The Bluish Figure read the title of the picture, “Valmar and Shadow.” Suddenly, The Bluish Figure saw a note on his dresser, that had her name on it. She picked it up and read the name, “The Bluish Person.” She smiled and laughed and opened the note. She read it: “To the Bluish Person, as you probably noticed, I’m not with Manuel, Michelle, and Kaylee. That’s because I decided to take a more personal journey. Now, I’m on my own adventure to find Shadow. You and I both know that we need her, along with the other 5 Sages. I dare not list the names, because I wasn’t sure how curious Manuel was going to be. Soo, don’t worry about me. I’m safe and fine. I will contact you when I can. Soo, do be on the ship frequently… Until then, Valmar out.” The Bluish Figure took the note and put it in her pocket. She decided to walk into her room and shut the door and re-cast the spells on them.

Appearing at the waterway of Haven City, Manuel quickly realized what David meant. Manuel saw many Red Krimson Guards, prowling the streets. Michelle said, “Aren’t those David’s KG’s??” Manuel held out his hand and summoned a lightning bolt to strike the KG near them. The lightning bolt pierced the Krimson Guard and the Guard quickly disappeared. Manuel said, “No. These aren’t his KG’s prowling the streets. His guards are Dark Purple, with a part of Black and Green. These are the… Old Krimson Guards… How do these exist??” Suddenly, KG’s started to appear and they were heading in their direction. Manuel said, “Prepare your swords or Keyblades. Ranged weapons won’t work and magic will take too long.” They all summoned their weapons. Kaylee summoned her Keyblades, along with Michelle. Manuel summoned his Red and Black long-sword. Following behind Manuel, Michelle and Kaylee were attacking the KG’s head on. Manuel defeated any that dared to even shoot at him. They ran into town, defeating many Red KG’s and Blue KG’s. They were careful to not defeat the Dark Purple KG’s. Manuel led them to David’s castle, where David was fighting this battle within his own throne room. Once they were inside the throne room, Manuel saw that David was pinned down with 5 Red KG’s shooting at him. Manuel put away his sword and held out his hands. Within seconds, Manuel summoned lightning and attacked all the KG’s at once. All the KG’s were destroyed and David came out from his spot. David saw Manuel and the others and said, “Well, now things should be interesting.” Manuel said, “We’re here to see this Dark Door that seems to exist.” Manuel, Michelle, and Kaylee walked to David’s throne, where David managed to sit down to catch his breath. Manuel said, “Soo, where was this Dark Door??” David said, “It keeps moving. I have my KG’s reporting in, every 5 minutes.” Suddenly, Michelle said, “We are not alone…” Manuel turned around and saw four dark shadows. Kaylee turned around and saw them too. Kaylee threw one of her ninja stars and the dark shadow that looked exactly like Kaylee caught it and threw it back. Kaylee managed to barely dodge it. One of the Dark Shadows said, “We are here to claim this side of our world.” Manuel said, “That voice is soo familiar. It sounds like… My own voice.” The Dark Shadow said, “Yes, I am you. I’m the Darker Side of you, when you were here in Haven City.” Manuel said, “Then, you are Manuel, Michelle, Kaylee, and David. Which would explain how you were able to catch Kaylee’s ninja star.” Dark Manuel said, “Anyways, we will be claiming this side soo we can have a full world.” David said, “This is my world. You four will not be able to take it soo easily.” Dark David said, “We shall see about that, David.” Suddenly, they disappeared, but hundreds of KG’s started to appear and attack them. Manuel said, “I think it’s time for a retreat.” Manuel went behind the throne and flipped a switch. David said, “How do you remember…” Manuel smiled and said, “You’d be surprised what my mind has stored.” Suddenly, the back wall opened up and they rushed inside and shut it. Manuel quickly sealed it magically soo no one was able to get through. David said, “This path leads to the Catacombs.” Michelle said, “I can sense the Dark Door close by…” Manuel said, “Lead the way, Michelle.” Everyone followed Michelle, as she let her senses guide her along the path. They reached the Catacombs and saw a big Dark Door, that was widely open. Manuel said, “Soo, that’s where your KG’s are appearing…” Manuel led them to the entrance of the door. Manuel said, “Soo, our plan is to defeat our dark selves and shut this door. Because once this door is shut, it cannot re-open.” David said, “Let’s shut it now.” David tried to shut the door, but it wouldn’t budge. Kaylee said, “You can’t shut it, David.” David looked at them. Michelle said, “The only way you can shut it, is to defeat our dark selves. Once they are defeated, the seal that is placed on these doors will be released. Then, we can shut it.” David said, “Ok, let’s go.” David quickly walked through the Dark Door. Manuel, Michelle, and Kaylee quickly followed behind.

Once inside the Dark Door, Manuel saw that they were back at the waterway of Haven City. Manuel said, “This is the Dark Haven City. The exact opposite of your Haven City, David.” Michelle said, “I always remembered what you said about things like this, Manuel…” Manuel said, “Yeah… There’s always another side… Another side, another story…” Kaylee said, “Soo, what exactly is this??” David said, “I’ve been with Manuel from the longest of times and I’ve seen it all, basically. According to what I was able to at least understand, this place was created when Haven City was created. You see, there’s always another side to everything. There’s always a light side and a dark side. A good and evil side, as you would say.” Manuel said, “Soo, when David’s Haven City was created, a Dark Haven City was born too.” Suddenly, more KG’s started to attack. Manuel said, “We will have to skip the lesson. Looks like our dark selves know we’re here.” All four of them summoned their weapons and attacked the KG’s head on. They battled their way through the city and to the castle, where their dark selves were awaiting their arrival. Once they were able to get inside the castle, they rushed into the throne room, where their dark selves were standing. Manuel said, “You will not be taking Haven City, while we are still alive.” Dark Manuel said, “We can re-arrange that.” Suddenly, their dark selves flew at them and they started fighting. Everyone was facing their dark selves. What was planned to be minutes that turned into hours, their battle raged on. Manuel and his team re-grouped. Manuel said, “Ok. At what point did we lose the control of this fight??” David said, “I thought we were hard to fight each other…” Suddenly, Manuel said, “That’s it. Follow my lead. Let’s go back to fighting our dark selves. David, watch my movements. You’ll know what to do when I attack.” They didn’t know what Manuel meant, but they went back into fighting their dark selves. Manuel and Dark Manuel were fighting close to David and Dark David. Manuel threw off his dark self and threw one of his swords at Dark David and it hit perfectly. Manuel said, “Now!!” Suddenly, they knew what to do. Manuel was facing Dark Michelle. David was facing Dark Kaylee. Michelle was facing Dark Manuel. Kaylee was facing Dark David. Their dark selves didn’t know what to do, but they tried to fight back. Only knowing their light selves’ moves, they were powerless to someone else. Within minutes, Manuel and his team managed to defeat their dark selves. Suddenly, Dark Haven City started to explode and erupt. Manuel said, “Quickly!! After me!!” They followed closely to Manuel, as he led them back to the waterway of Dark Haven City. They managed to dodge all the debris and rubble and jump through the Dark Door. Manuel looked back and saw that part of the door was still open. Manuel kicked the door shut and the door exploded. Once they were able to get back up, David said, “That was a close call.” They walked back to the throne room of David’s castle.

Once they were able to rest, Michelle said, “Manuel, how did you know that they wouldn’t be able to take on someone else other than us??” Manuel said, “David made an excellent point. We couldn’t win that battle, because we were facing ourselves. Soo, if we switched our paths of battle to someone other than ourselves, we could win.” Kaylee said, “But, we know each other’s moves, correct?? Soo, why couldn’t they deflect our moves, even though we weren’t facing ourselves??” Manuel said, “Because, we trained that way, away from this world. Our dark selves were only able to counter-act our own moves. They never learned how to think like one, like we have.” David said, “You never do cease to amaze me with your knowledge.” Manuel said, “Well, I do try my hardest to keep up. Now, let’s just relax and…” Suddenly, Manuel felt a shocking pulse through his body, causing him tremendous pain. Michelle said, “Oh my god, are you ok, Manuel?!” Manuel held his chest and said, “Something is happening to the Triforce Temple… David, we have to go.” David said, “By all means. Go find out.” Manuel nodded his head and a white beam teleported Manuel, Michelle, and Kaylee back to the ship. Once they were back on the ship, Manuel said, “Computer, set our next destination for Hyrule.” The Computer Voice said, “To the Triforce Temple, correct??” Manuel said, “How do you know??” The Computer Voice said, “Go check your computer. And we are already en-route. We should be there within a couple of hours.” Manuel walked into the Computer Room and turned on his computer. Manuel saw that he had a voice message. Manuel activated the voice message and it said: “Hey Manuel. It’s Valmar. By now, you probably realize that the Triforce Temple is effecting you. Well, remember when you let Princess Zelda go into the Temple?? Well, she wasn’t too happy about that and she’s trying to destroy it. You remember what will happen if it comes true. Soo, I suggest you just get there and do what is necessary. I thought I would be there, but I guess I won’t be able to see you choose your decision. Until we meet again, Valmar out.” Manuel erased the message and shut down his computer. Michelle said, “What decision??” Manuel said, “Nothing to be concerned about, ok Michelle??” Michelle said, “I’m your wife. I have to be concerned, Manuel.” Manuel turned to her and said, “Don’t worry about it.” After he said that, he walked off. Kaylee said, “I’ve never seen Manuel like this… You think he’ll be okay??” Michelle said, “I don’t truly know. I haven’t seen him like this, either. I wonder what this decision is…” Michelle and Kaylee joined Manuel in the living room of the ship. Manuel turned to Michelle and said, “Michelle, I’m sorry for saying something like that. It’s just that I didn’t expect that this would be happening. Not now, at least…” Michelle said, “What exactly did Valmar mean by your decision??” Manuel sighed and said, “Well, my duty is bound to the Triforce Temple, as The Great Sage.” Michelle said, “How are you bound??” Manuel said, “There’s a prophecy that was written about a Sage that becomes the sole owner of the Triforce Temple. Princess Zelda didn’t realize that I was the sole owner and sought to become its protector. I decided to let her learn on her own, and now she wants revenge.” Kaylee said, “Well, why didn’t you tell her??” Manuel said, “I had my reasons.” Michelle said, “Soo, what exactly are you faced to choose??” Manuel said, “The prophecy has no choices, really. I just know what I’m going to have to do is going to be something that no Sage has ever done. Michelle, I rather not talk about it anymore.” Michelle said, “Ok. We won’t talk about it anymore, ok??” Manuel gave her a kiss and said, “Thanks.” Suddenly, the alarm went off and they made their way to the Teleportation Room. Manuel said, “Teleport us to the Entrance of the Triforce Temple.” The Computer Voice said, “As you wish, Manuel.” With a bright flash of light, Manuel was gone. However, Michelle and Kaylee were still on the ship. Michelle said, “You don’t want to talk about it?? Then, we will not talk at all.” Michelle had Kaylee follow her to the living room. The Computer Voice said, “Michelle, why aren’t you with Manuel??” Michelle said, “Take us home to Earth. Now. Don’t make me say it twice.” The Computer Voice said, “Umm, as you wish, Michelle. Is Manuel’s house fine??” Michelle said, “That’s where I want to go. Do it.” Suddenly, the ship blasted off back for Earth, leaving Manuel stuck on Hyrule, at the Entrance of the Triforce Temple.

Chapter Thirteen - The Fulfillment of the Prophecy

Still standing at the Entrance of the Triforce Temple, Manuel said, “Okay girls… Once we enter the temple, you will have to stay close to me.” Manuel walked up to the entrance, where Princess Zelda was standing. Manuel said, “Princess Zelda, we are here to stop you.” Princess Zelda looked and said, “We??” Manuel said, “Me, Michelle, and Kaylee.” Princess Zelda said, “Okay, either they’re invisible by magic or you have lost it.” Manuel looked at his sides and Michelle nor Kaylee were there. Manuel said, “Computer, locate Michelle and Kaylee.” No response was heard. Manuel summoned his Staff of Sages and threw it into the air. Manuel said, “Reveal me to where my ship is located at.” Suddenly, a big picture appeared and the ship was at Manuel’s house, back on Earth. Manuel could not believe that his ship was there. Manuel rushed inside the Triforce Temple, flying by Princess Zelda. Manuel reached the room where he once had many computers. Surprised to see that they were still in-tact, Manuel activated the computers and accessed his home computer system. Manuel said, “Computer, tell me what the hell is going on!!” Suddenly, Michelle came onto the screen. Manuel said, “Michelle, what is going on??” Michelle said, “You don’t want to talk. You hardly ever talked. You see?? You changed when you came back. I should’ve never let my emotions get the best of me. Well, this time, I won’t let that mistake happen. Good-bye, Manuel.” Suddenly, Michelle destroyed the computer screen. Left with nothing and a decision to make, Manuel just looked at Princess Zelda with a blank look. Princess Zelda said, “What happened??” Manuel didn’t say anything, but walked pass Princess Zelda. Manuel stood at a pedestal that was empty. Manuel took out a necklace that resembled the Legendary Triforce. Manuel took a long look at it and took it off from around his neck. As he gazed upon it, he placed it back on the pedestal, where the Triforce reverted back to its original form. Manuel said, “I only wanted to teach you a lesson, that I was its protector.” Princess Zelda said, “I think just telling would’ve done as an explanation, Manuel.” Manuel said, “I had my reasons, because you wouldn’t tell me what was your true objective in Hyrule. However, none of that matters now.” Manuel summoned his Staff of Sages and placed it in the hole, that was next to the pedestal. Manuel took off his robes and gear and hung it up on the wall. Manuel summoned all of his weapons and placed them against the wall. Knowing his power was almost gone, Manuel was ready to leave. Princess Zelda said, “You mind explaining what exactly you are doing?!” Manuel turned around and said, “Don’t you have a prophecy to answer?! I suggest you answer it now.” After saying that, Manuel teleported out of the Triforce Temple. Princess Zelda took a few seconds to figure out what he meant, until the thought came into her head. Princess Zelda took hold of Manuel’s former wand and waved it around. Suddenly, an old scroll appeared before Princess Zelda. After summoning a quill and an ink bottle, she wrote down: “Though many theories and thoughts were explained and said, The Great Sage, Manuel made a decision that shook the very foundation of the Triforce Temple. The option was to either give up the power he once commanded and live life with those he loved, or it was to keep it and lose everything in the end. However, The Great Sage, Manuel lost his love and decided to give up his power. Never has this ever happened. The Great Sage, Manuel’s final decision cost him everything, including happiness and his power.”

Back home on Earth, Manuel found himself in the living room of his house. Manuel said, “Computer, are you there??” The Computer Voice said, “Yes, I am Manuel. However, Michelle isn’t here and neither is Kaylee. Should I locate them??” Manuel said, “No need. I will find them.” Manuel walked upstairs and into his room. Manuel opened up his closet and found the hidden switch. The closet transformed into the elevator and it led him down to his Head-Quarters. Manuel said, “Computer, make sure everything is still operational and running in the Head-Quarters. I plan on finding them and fixing this problem.” The Computer Voice said, “Umm, that will be a slight problem, Manuel.” Manuel said, “How is that a slight problem, Computer??” After Manuel said that, the elevator door opened and Manuel couldn’t believe what he saw. Manuel gazed upon what was left of his Head-Quarters. Manuel said, “Computer… Michelle did this, didn’t she…” The Computer Voice said, “Yes she did…” Manuel walked through the Head-Quarters, gazing upon all the broken computer screens, destroyed towers of computers, all the TV’s fully destroyed. Manuel didn’t truly know what to think about what happened. Manuel just decided to leave the Head-Quarters and head back into his house. After leaving the elevator, Manuel closed it and just decided to de-activate it all. Manuel made his way back downstairs and sat back down on his couch. Manuel grabbed his remote and turned on his TV. Manuel sighed and said to himself, “Soo, this is how it’s gonna be for rest of what life I have left… Might as well make use of it.” Remembering the mission he recently completed, Manuel contacted the Marine Corp. and had his papers and whatnot faxed to his house. Within minutes, Manuel had his Marine papers that explained his rank and everything. According to the Marine Corporation, Manuel was anE9 – Sergeant Major of the Marine Corporation, a W5 – Chief Warrant Officer 5, and an O10 - General of the Marine Corporation, including all of his extra awards and medals. Manuel had the Marine Corp. send him his full-uniform as soon as possible. After Manuel got off the phone with his commanding officer, Manuel called a near-by college called, Glendale Community College. Manuel talked with the enrollment offices and other offices to sign up for his Fall semester of classes. Manuel had to come down to sign a few things and finalize a few things. Manuel told them that he will have to come down in a couple of days and they were fine about it. Soo, after Manuel got off the phone, he got online on his last computer that he kept in the living room and completed his forms that he needed to complete and printed them out. For the first time, Manuel felt good about what he was doing. After Manuel got offline and made his dinner for one, he went to sleep early. Manuel walked up his stairs and into his room. Knowing that Michelle wasn’t coming back and that he was laying by himself again, it gave him a bad feeling in his mind. However, Manuel put it out his mind and got ready for bed. After taking a quick shower and putting on his clothes, he was finally laying down. Know that his days were gonna be long and difficult now, he made his thought process different and more aware of what is his reality now. With many thoughts, Manuel finally went to bed.

Upon waking up early in the morning, like at 5:30am, Manuel got up and decided to run. After getting out of bed, Manuel went through his closet and found his running outfit. After putting it on, Manuel went downstairs and filled up his water bottle and grabbed his MP3 player. After fixing the MP3 player to where it wouldn’t bother him while he ran, he grabbed his keys and walked outside. The night chill was still heavily in the air and Manuel locked his door. After turning on his MP3 player, Manuel went to one of his playlists and just played it. The very first song that popped up was called When You Love A Woman by Journey. Manuel smiled and just stared running down his street. While Manuel ran and listened to his music, Manuel started to try and piece on how everything happened. As Manuel ran around his street, Manuel kept on piecing how everything happened. Manuel figured out that he was re-awakened as The Great Sage. He first brought David on a mission to help him see if there was a Sage in Haven City. None were found, but David assumed total control of Haven City and Manuel left. Soon after, Manuel recently found out that he had another side, named Valmar. After finding Cindy and Valmar emerged from his body, Manuel was able to safely say that he found two of his seven Sages. However, that was short-lived when Cindy was killed. Only a Sage can kill another Sage, and The Dark Sage was the one that killed her. Manuel and Valmar traveled from world to world, looking for more clues and hints as they answered the pleas. Only with a lead that was in Hyrule, Manuel and Valmar wanted to come back and investigate that lead. However, after every adventure, Manuel started to wonder if he was even searching for something that existed. After returning to Earth, Manuel and Valmar were to help Sly and his gang to capture the Heartless Gang and recover the Thieveous Raccoonus. After that was done and Manuel finally re-united with his love, Manuel, Michelle, and Kaylee were finally getting everything back together, from an earlier time in life. After sending Sly and his gang home and sending Valmar on his personal adventure to find his love, Manuel, Michelle, and Kaylee were to go to Haven City and help David. After defeating their dark selves, a sudden attack on both Manuel and the Triforce Temple required their attention. After leaving Haven City, Manuel and Michelle had a small argument, but they quickly fixed it. After teleporting to the Entrance of the Triforce Temple and talking to Princess Zelda, Manuel realized that Michelle and Kaylee weren’t at his sides. After finding out what happened, Manuel knew what choice he had left. Manuel gave up his power and everything. After finally getting all the pieces together, Manuel realized that everything was brighter. Manuel looked at his watch and saw that it was nearly 10am. Manuel headed back home and decided to finally rest. After getting inside his house and shutting the door, Manuel went to finally sit down. Just before he sat down, the door-bell rang. Manuel said, “Oh now you have got to be kidding me…” Manuel walked to the door and opened it. There was a Marine Corp. Master Sergeant standing at his door. Manuel said, “Master Sergeant.” The Master Sergeant said, “General. We have your delivery.” Manuel said, “Ahh, thanks Master Sergeant.” The Master Sergeant handed him a uniform case and a package. Manuel said, “Uhh, Master Sergeant… What’s this package??” The Master Sergeant said, “That was given to me by the President. He said that it was to your grandfather, but he never had the privilege of giving it to him. Soo, since you are his grandchild and no one was listed to give it to, the President said to give it to you. He said to wear it with pride, as your grandfather would have done.” The Master Sergeant saluted Manuel and Manuel saluted back and said, “Thank you, Master Sergeant Gibbs.” The Master Sergeant left and Manuel shut his door. Manuel opened up his uniform bag and saw his uniform. Manuel started to remember all of his military training that he learned from his grandfather and learned while he was enlisted. He remembers that he was the best sniper the military could call their own. What also helped Manuel, was the Mossaud Training that he completed with flying colors in Israel. After remembering those training days and hard objectives, Manuel finally remembered about his package that his grandfather left behind. Manuel opened up the package and a golden medal case was revealed. Manuel opened the golden medal case and was in shock on what he saw. Once he took it out, Manuel was astonished that his grandfather was the one that received this precious medal. Manuel knew that the Master Sergeant meant his words when he said to wear the medal with pride. Manuel said, “I can’t really believe that my grandfather was one of the recipients of the Congressional Medal of Honor. Manuel called the college and asked them if they could schedule a get-together and finalize his schedule for Fall semester of classes. After finalizing a time, which was at 1pm, Manuel took his uniform and his medal to his room and laid them on the bed. Manuel took a quick shower and got out. After putting on his boxers and socks, he took out his uniform and put it in. After putting on the uniform, he felt like he was back in the military again. Manuel tucked his hat under his arm and went back downstairs. After gathering all the paperwork he needed and just in case, he placed them in his binder and walked out of his house and locked it. Manuel got into his car and started his car. After leaving his house, Manuel stopped off at Circle K and got a 44oz. Dr. Pepper. A lot of the people were staring at him and his medals. One of the clerks noticed that he was wearing the Congressional Medal of Honor. The clerk snapped his shoes and saluted Manuel. Manuel saluted and said, “You must be military.” The clerk said, “Yes, I’m the Marine Corp. I see that you are, General.” Manuel said, “Yes, I am the General. I’m also a Sergeant Major and a Chief Warrant Officer.” The clerk said, “And the recipient of the Congressional Medal of Honor. What an honor to shake the hand of a Medal of Honor recipient.” Manuel shook his hand and said, “Soo, it’s 87 cents??” The clerk said, “No. It’s on the house. From one marine to another.” Manuel smiled and placed the dollar in the little box that collects change and left. After arriving at Glendale Community College, Manuel stepped out of his car. After gathering all of his stuff and locking the doors, Manuel shut the doors and walked to the Main Office.

Manuel spent the rest of the day, enrolling into classes for music. Manuel was enrolled into English 101, College Math, Piano I, Concert Band, Class Woodwinds, Intro to Music Theory and Aural Perception, Computer Literacy, Guitar I, Critical Reading, and private tutoring for Percussion. Later on, he found out about Community Night Band and he decided to add that onto his schedule. Manuel took a look at his schedule and figured out that he was taking 12 classes, well over 20 credits for his first semester. Manuel didn’t have to pay for any of the classes, due to his military and his Indian tribe. Manuel was ready for his classes, but his classes didn’t start until the third week of August and it was in May. Soo, Manuel had much time to prepare and practice. After signing everything and finalizing the schedule, Manuel finally headed home to his computer. After stopping at the same Circle K and getting another 44oz. Dr. Pepper. Manuel went home and got online on his computer. Manuel went to three different web-sites and bought many Mallets and a big Mallet bag for his Concert Band. Manuel also bought and had shipped the next day or soon as possible a Marimba, Vibraphone, Xylophone, Bells, and a Baldwin Black Grand Piano. After placing the orders and confirming them, Manuel logged out and shut down his computer. Manuel decided to not worry about dinner and head to bed. After he got into his room, Manuel took off his uniform and hung it in the closet of his room. Manuel just laid down on his bed and quickly fell asleep.

Manuel spent those three months, practicing his instruments and learning many songs for all the instruments. With the history of Marching Band in his mind, he was able to broaden his limits much farther. One day, Manuel remembered something and went to his computer. Manuel logged into the computer system in the ship and copied all the chapters he chronicled from his previous adventures. Still remembering the ones he recently completed, Manuel finished chapter 11 – Operation: World Secrets and chapter 12 – Another Side, Another Story. Manuel started to chronicle his latest adventure from the Triforce Temple. However, near the ending, he ran into a writer’s block, because he never knew how it ended. Soo, Manuel created an ending from his thoughts. It was said that Manuel and Michelle re-united and Kaylee was there too. They were going to school together and that one night, Manuel was having a bad dream. Stopping there, Manuel knew that it was the end of his book. Manuel called it, chapter 13 – The Fulfillment of the Prophecy. Now, he was ready to start on his next book, a book he called, “The Destruction of the Sages.” After saving the folder, he logged off his computer and shut it back down. Once August came around, Manuel was finally going to school. Manuel got up, Monday morning, and took a quick shower and got ready for school. After Manuel grabbed his Mallet bag, music book, his acoustic guitar, and back-pack, Manuel locked his house and went into the garage. Manuel got into his car and started it. After opening the garage door, Manuel backed out and made sure that the garage was shut. Manuel said, “Computer, make sure all necessary precautions are set on the house.” The Computer Voice said, “As you wish, Manuel.” Manuel drove off and went to school. After getting a Dr. Pepper from Circle K again, Manuel parked in the parking lot of his school. Manuel said, “I think this will be my every morning for school… A Dr. Pepper.” Manuel grabbed his Mallet bag, his music book, his acoustic guitar, and his pack-back. After locking his car, Manuel walked to his first class, which was Computer Literacy. The teacher introduced himself, but said to just call him Chuck. Manuel followed what Chuck taught him. After about 50 minutes, the class was over. Manuel went to his next class, which was Guitar I with Chuck. After messing around, Chuck started the class and Manuel had to tendency to keep messing around. Chuck was cool about it, but told him to let it go during tuning. Manuel respected it and stopped. After he learned what he already knew, Manuel packed up his acoustic and went to his next class, which was Concert Band. Manuel has been looking forward to this. After Manuel got in the Band Room, Manuel saw some old friends and talked to them. It was there that Manuel saw Michelle and Kaylee, as well. Manuel and Michelle locked eyes and it seemed like time stopped. Manuel sat down next to Michelle, hoping to not get hit. However, Michelle just sat there. After Manuel sat down next to her, Kaylee sat on the other side of Manuel. Manuel turned and saw Kaylee there. Manuel said, “Hi Michelle… How are things??” Michelle turned to Manuel and said, “They are good… How are you??” Manuel said, “Eh. I’ve had better days. But, it’s good that we’re in the same class right??” Suddenly, Kaylee put her arms around Manuel and said, “I’ve missed you. Michelle’s been talking about you, constantly.” Michelle said, “Thanks for the secret, Kaylee.” Kaylee said, “I’m sorry.” Then, Concert Band started and it was taught by Mr. Humbert. After class was over, Manuel and Michelle walked to their next class, which happened to be Music Theory. Manuel said, “You have Music Theory with Humbert too??” Kaylee said, “I do too!!” All three of them sat together. Kaylee went outside, while Manuel and Michelle were in the classroom. Manuel and Michelle started talking about the differences and they finally decided to give things one more chance. After classes were over, Manuel and Michelle and Kaylee went back to Manuel’s house. Manuel was able to have Michelle and Kaylee move back into his house. After helping move everything, it was like they never split up. After moving and eating dinner, the girls decided to head to bed. Manuel was about to join them until he had a small feeling. Manuel said, “I will be in the room, shortly.” Manuel gave Michelle a kiss. Michelle kissed Manuel back and said, “Okay. I will be waiting…” Michelle started walking upstairs. When Manuel turned around to face the living room, he saw his old Staff of Sages, his wand, his Double Keyblades and Swords, his robes, and his Triforce Necklace. Manuel walked towards them and saw that a note was tied to his Staff of Sages. Manuel took the note off and read it: “Let’s just say that this is my way of forgiving you… Do accept it, because we really do need The Great Sage. ~Princess Zelda Hyrule” Manuel laughed a bit and grabbed his necklace. Once Manuel placed his necklace on, the weapons disappeared. Manuel held out his hand and his Staff of Sages appeared. Manuel said, “It feels really good to command this power again…” Manuel put away the Staff of Sages and headed upstairs. Manuel laid down with Michelle. Michelle said, “What was your feeling??” Manuel said, “Let’s just say that I’m in control of the power again…” Michelle said, “That’s good.” Manuel said, “Shall we sleep??” Michelle smiled and said, “I could, if you weren’t poking me…” Manuel smiled and said, “Who said sleeping was a good idea…” Manuel pulled the covers over them.

As days turned into weeks and weeks turned into months, Manuel, Michelle, and Kaylee were going to school together. It felt like it was going to high school all over again. Manuel made some great friends that were excellent musicians. Manuel and Michelle decided to get re-married and renew their vows. Kaylee started her own Anime business in Arizona. Kaylee was doing really good for herself. One night, after Manuel, Michelle, and Kaylee got back from eating out at Olive Garden, they decided to head to bed early. Kaylee already said her good-nights and headed to her room. Manuel and Michelle stayed up, working on music together. Finally, when they got tired, they decided to call it a night. Manuel and Michelle went into their room and got ready for bed. Once they laid down together, they both fell asleep fast. Suddenly, rain started to fall from the heavens. No storm was to be predicted by the weather news. It was also that night, that Manuel received a horrible nightmare…
